set your sites a little lower, tag a 3 or 4, then get confidence and move up to a 6 or 7. If you approach a 3 or 4 they should be happy to be hit on unless you are a monster. You gotta work your way up think of it as a minor leagues and you gotta get your "swing" right in the minors before moving up to the majors.
