Slow rolling isn't as bad as when you have 4 of a kind, and when it is time to flip the cards your opponent turns over a boat … and you say 2 pair ….. and then just as the other guy is about to sweep the pot, you flip your cards and say "2 pair … both aces"
This is actually a version of slow rolling IMO. Either way, it's pretty damn lame.

Hell no...screw those guys and all that shit. When I am at the poker table I view it like a street fight and my opponents are usually guys that I will never see again so I view them as guys that just raped my girlfriend or something...no mercy at the tables!

I've been to casinos where whatever you announce orally is what you are bound too -- i.e., that guy would be credited with two pair. I've had players at showdown announce a flush, then I will flip over my two pair, and then they will muck. I call the floor over in those situations and inform them of this angle shooting piece of shit.

So is setting a "trap" considered a douche move? Cause this is what I basically did..
I was on the dealer button had pocket 4s early positioned raised $35 had 4 callers including me. Hit the set on the flop man did a continuation bet of $100 got a call and call from me. hit my quads... The initial raiser bet again $100 other guy folded I thought about it for about 2-3 minutes then called. Now at this point I have no idea what he had but he bet to me $200 I went all in for around $400-$500 he called he flipped Aces showed him my quads he just flipped out.
If I had more money he would have been felted..
Mannn....

Ok - to be honest I understand/respect poker etiquette but I'd be lying if I don't occasionally break those unwritten rules on purpose to get in under the skin of another player in hopes of putting them on tilt. Most times its a subtle move but I can't lie and say I haven't gone a little over the edge at times. Does it make me an a$$hole at the time? YES...Does it often time accomplish my intended purpose..YES.
