I have had food pain .for 6 weeks now. I went to see the foot doctor and he wants to prescribe orthodics for me. I paid him $600 for a pair and I will receive it in the next 3 weeks. I did my research after I got home and I suspect that I have Morton'sNeuroma.
It turns out like I have been wearing the wrong shoes all my life and they were too tight. The intersection of the nerves is between the 3rd and 4th toes , A little higher up on the instep. I applied warm water and ice and I massage it for about an hour I did it twice daily.
Today is Monday at 4 o'clock and I have on a wide pair of work boots and i hv no pain the nervousness is gone and I'm feeling OK.
My g****** shoes have been squeezing my feet and the nerves all these years.
My advice please care your feet and have the right instep with when buying new sneakers.
Many sneakers producers don't seems to take this into consideration.
Gd luck

Did you return the $600 orthodics? you should tell your "foot" doctor the cause of your foot pain was because you were wearing tight shoes all this time.
