The God question-part one

One last thing-

I have read most of this thread and I am quite pleased it is civil and cordial. I think people are voicing their views without a lot of childish type bashing, it is appreciated. It is a tough, emotional topic in an odd place and I am appreciate the opportunity to talk about this without being judged. Like I said initially, I needed a place to get it off my chest and this thread has accomplished some of that.

Lets not confuse the "Physical universe/world" that we live in and the spiritual world........

Now the physical world........remember physical world......it is the number one rule in the scientific field, that SOMETHING cannot be derived from nothing.......This is in the physical world......

Therefore, there is  NO alternative but to the cause that this world derived from the spiritual world..........There are NO world wide rules regarding the spiritual world, therefore one cannot explain where God came from...........Perhaps in the spiritual world, something can come from nothing......but i am not here to say that.........

Science view of the big bang theory is seriously flawed, again, in the physical world, somethng cannot come from nothing.......No one knows the answer to the spiritual world........

I would much rather side with the spiritual world as this is the only possible alternative where the earth came from.....

Again, if we are sitting in your lounge room and we heard a big bang and u said, i wonder what caused that, and i said, absolutely nothing caused that.u would think i am nuts,,,,,,,,,,,

i'm not wanting to die because i know God has seen everything i have ever done in my life and i know that i could have done more for him

Through this, we are on a journey to love and learn from each other and God.....,There has to be a purpose behind everything, there just has to be........People that dont i believe live an empty life......

Invite God in your life.......learn about him and i trust u u wont regret it........

When man strays away from this, they live a life of sin, unhappiness and depression........ 

We are not here for ever........People have money as there God...but this earthly possesion is only temporary.....

So, if u and i r sitting in your lounge room and we hear a big bang and u say what was that.i say, nothing caused that, absolutely nothing, u would drive me to the mental hospital......

Hang on, u are carrying on as if u can prove there is no God......

Professors with numerous PHD's in physics have accepted something cannot be created from nothing..But a Covers forum member can?

Ok, lets look at this logically.......

Something cannot be created from nothing. This is a physical property of the physical real world.Accepted as a number 1 rule in science...........Professors all around the world accept this.....Also any reasonable person accepts this.....

The reality is, something has been created from nothing...The universe has an age.........from the time it was born.so it had to have come from something........

not that i care to engage in any type of discussion with you costos rostos,,,,,but,,,,,,,,,,,,,

if something cannot be created from nothing than who created "god"????

couple questions:

1.) Did they give full-ride scholarships for golf at the school you attended

2.) Did you have "fans" at your golf tournaments?  Do people come out and watch college tournaments?

3.) Do you work in a golf related field nowadays?

Never a sport I could get into, played a few times (not to mention took a golf class in college  ), could drive it pretty well (but never knew where it was going), could putt a little, but had so much trouble using irons................. 

I have no problem leaving the idea of "god" as an unanswered question.............

I just want organized religon and  the idea of "j-man" to go away forever.............

technically, in the last 50 years, one could argue that the 1984 and 2003 teams were "worthy" of a trip to the world series, or "world championship" as you like to call it, but, we all how that shit ended.....................
