Was cruising around YouTube today and came across a clip about a guy who claimed he was 114 years old. Born the son of a Brazilian MD he said his father passed along advice he followed to achieve a long and healthy life.
Daily diet he said is key. The five foods he consumed daily is a must. Garlic, olive oil, cinnamon, honey and chocolate.
He said white meats are ok but to stay away from red meat and fried foods. Organic fruits and vegetables should also be a daily staple.
