I need help.
 
 
Watch until at least the 5 minute mark for the payout, but the full 10 minutes really should be watched to fully understand my rage.
 
Do I have legal recourse?  Should I contact my lawyers?  Should I just let it go?

You guys are laughing, but this is a very serious situation.

Im thinking a 10 million dollar lawsuit is in order.
 
And my silver chains are real?  Are you really allowed to say someones chains are fake if they are real?  Maybe in Russia - but this is the USA!

I don't post a lot on covers, but I just felt compelled to respond to this one. Vanzack this guy is a loser. So I suggest you let it slide....or sue the shit out of him.

Whatever you guys do...do not click on one of his music videos. I wanted to stab my self in the ear with an ice pick. Absolutely horrendous.

Dude....I'm not a lawyer, but my girlfrenz uncle went to college for a year...........I think you def hav grounds for legal recourse here.....he sed alota bad stuf about u...........and he lafed at u too!!!!.............out here where I live there's a lawyer called Edgar Snyder who handles stuff like this......i suggest u look in2 it...........I mean he laffed HARD!!!

Honestly I think you should just suck it up and move on. Unless you can show that some how this rediculus piece has caused you a monitary loss it will be tough to get more then a youtube retraction from this goof. You may be best to contact youtube and inform them that there is a slanderous video about you on they're site and if it is not removed you will pursue legal action against them. GL

Good advice.

I wonder if youtube has some kind of cease and desist law?

He is costing me monitary damages.  First off is my reputation, second I havent been able to sleep, and it is making handicapping damn near close to impossible.

If I lose the NE game tonight, I am going to send my friend mandylion the bill, and then add it in my lawsuit.
