So who actually is the person in your Avatar? 


He might be going through some awkward situations, and if he found out about people using his face without permission, he could have a nice lawsuit on hand with you possibly on the short end of the stick. ?

Barry, I have said this a million time, I am the guy in my avatar.

Why do you think I would start a thread talking about suing this guy?  Because I am the guy.

I changed my avatar on the advice of my lawyers.  Im not going to get in to specifics, but this mandylion character is in big trouble with punative damages.  We are trying to settle out of court to avoid publicity, but that damn TMZ is all over this.
