Who else is here in Texas is w/o power?

Crazy situation here in Htown my entire neighborhood is sleeping in their cars with the heaters on. 

not just texas , a lot along the coast are without power, big storm. stay warm

It’s 18 degrees suppose to get down to 12 which hasn’t happened in 122 years

Thanks for the heads up. Need to call my parents. Our power was out this weekend. Like 200,000 in my county. Had the gene going to keep the fridge running and charge phones. I live in the country so there isn't much light to begin with. Take away a few outdoor floods and it's disorienting how dark it is. Unnerving almost. Gives you  sense of how insignificant you are. Even when you're camping there is usually star and moonlight .The skies were overcast so there wasn't even that. Took the fam to a hotel and said me and the dog were going to ride it out. Protect the homestead. Power came back on last night. My parents were bracing for similar shit when I talked to them this weekend. They are in Katy.

My power is out here in cali, weather is nice and warm but I've been tailing some guy on covers named buffer so my $ for utilities went to my bookie.

 My sis is in Austin right now. Entire family sleeping downstairs with sleeping bags. They told me power maybe tomorrow, hopefully. Stay safe and warm my brotha! 

Live in San Angelo. Up right now laying on the couch turning the space heater under the sink off and on every 30 min. Have all outside faucets wrapped in cloth and covered with styrofoam. Pipes still froze. Currently it’s 1 degree. 

Its 3 in Dallas, power has gone out all around me but not us, next to four seasons

Power still out here in Htown heights area this really sucks have had gas fireplace going for 15 straight hours full throttle and still 38 degrees in house and 14 degrees outside right now. CenterPoint energy reporting only 41 pct of customers have power in Htown area.

 122 years where? North central texas gets cold every winter. It was 0 in 1989. We have a sorry governer. His wheelchair is frozen

 I am in Austin.... and ours went out for like 2 mins but come back on.... but I heard around town people r having to get hotels bc of no electricity ...... it was 3 degrees here last night...smh.... but I was prepared to sleep in my truck lol

Abbott and that fine specimen of a short fat mexican ted  talk a big game but when it comes down to it they aint about shit. Everything is closed. They knew this was coming. They just want to keep us under control. 

All the wind turbines have frozen up and screwed up the grid in Texas.  This will be a common occurrence when the Demotards pass their Green New Deal Agenda. Imagine how these things will do in the cold of the Northern States in the winter.

 If you think frozen wind turbines are the only reason power goes out in a winter storm.... If you think wind turbines are the only thing powering the state of Texas and said turbines freezing are the reason everyone's power is out...

This morning reported that 150 million have lost power.That is a little less then 1/2 the population of the United States were without power not counting illegal aliens.

 The roads here are clear. Everything is closed because of no electricity. The fine specimen of a short fat mexican cruz is in flordia.

 Live in Lewisville Texas, which is north of Dallas, power went on and off 6 times during the day Sunday and has been out since 5 pm last night(24 hours ago). We've been told we may not get power back until Friday. We have gas fireplace, which being from New England I believe are pretty useless, you have to almost get in them to get warm.Fortunately we have gas cooktop so we can cook and have gas hot water tank, so we have hit water. However temperature for down to 3 LL ast night, only made it up to 20 today and is not supposed to get above freezing until late Friday. Temperature in the house is in the high 40's. Have faucets and tub cold water dripping so they don't freeze. Had 4 neighbors have to turn off the water main due to pipes bursting, it's only a matter of time. Suppose to get more snow tonight in too if the 5-6 inches we already have. Trying to stay warm with the 3 dogs and my wife. Hang in there wherever you may be and good luck.
