Most everything you said is dead on...except the benefits. Most places out here in Vegas offer them. I have full medical/dental/vision....401k...unlimited vacation (not paid).

Downside , I have to work graves and weekends. And deal with a bunch of drunks every night who I have grown to hate.

I'm a loan officer...base pay is $7.22 an hour but the commission is where the money comes in...avg on bad years $55000 and good years like now $130,000...not bad for this part of the country with low cost of living
