what 'loan' area is doing well these days?
 
I am starting 2 businesses as we speak ..
I actually work for us bank...I do only residential loans and because of Obama releasing the new "making homes affordable" plan we are refinancing like crazy and I get a small portion of every refinance I do.  I wish I were a loan shark though..the money would be better
