As long as she is seeing someone else, its a terrible idea. If shes been with someone for 6 months, youre probably drawing dead at the moment.
Similar situation for me... dated 2 years, mutual breakup initiated by me. Evidently she met someone quick and three months later, I realize I made a mistake and reach out to her. She comes by and we catch up. She says she's already getting serious with the new guy and I can tell by the way she glows when she talks about him 
. Before she left, I told her I still had feelings for her and if things dont work out, hit me up. We had lots of love, but it was bad timing at the moment (one small friggin moment).
What im trying to say is, it happens and it sucks. Best to keep some pride and move on. Let her know how you feel and if you really love her, its about timing, so wait for him to get sick of her like you did. That doesnt mean you can't bang chicks while you wait 
Next time you talk to her set up this situation. Tell her your so crazy about her, you'd be willing to blow her current boyfriend and let her watch. This will do one of two things. Either she will realize your undying devotion to her and willingness to lower yourself to gain her, or from now on when she sees the boyfriend she gets disgusted by the mental image and breaks up with him.
Either way you win.
DO NOTHING. She will be wondering what you are doing perhaps. If she is interested in starting things back up with you she will give you a call.
We've all been there. Find something else to do(Casino, Ball Game, Strip club with friends) but above all DO NOT CALL HER AND DO NOT SEND HER FLOWERS. Let it go for now.
Think about this. What would piss you off more then some ex-boyfriend sending your girl flowers. Chicks thrive on attention should don't give her any.

YOu deserve to get a beating from the current boyfriend. Its over dude, move on. It is a very difficult thing to do, anyone that has been in a relationship that ended then had second thoughts knows this.
Put yourself in the current boyfriend's situation.....how aggravated would you be?
Leave her alone its evident she has moved on by dating someone else...there's an old saying, "If you love something set it free, if it comes back to you it's yours" 
Sometimes you have to man up and make the hard decision...no different than agonizing about what team you want to bet on. 
Enjoy life go out and meet other women cut her access to you and limit conversation...If she ask let her know in a kind and gentle way that you are moving one with your life and mean it...if it's meant to be she will come back. 
sometimes fvcking up in life tells u in a rather fvcked up way the relationship wasn't meant to be..either she wasn't ready or you weren't...cause if she meant that much in the first place you wouldn't have fvckd up.

I gotta remember that too, because my heart was crushed recently when I saw my ex and she was glowing about her new bf after only a couple months (of breaking up, and her dating him). I regret breaking up with her and have yet to officially move on. Been with other chicks, its just not the same...
