listen to this guys. im walking out of my math class today, and my teacher pulls me aside and ask me if there was anything wrong. i told him that i was fine and didn't understand why he thought anything could possibly be wrong. but deep down i was hurting. do you guys think i should go to my guidance counselor?

When exactly did the pussification of America take place? So you're sad I don't understand why, but none the less you are. Go do something that makes you happy and stop dwelling on a god damn video game or worrying about classmates looking at you funny.

DO you have any idea how much money moving costs? Man up to your folks if the money is really your issue.... At this point sounds like there is alot more going on, or your just fuckin with everyone. If you need three bucks, go find a homeless guy and ask he gets his drug money everyday..
But seriously, you sound like you have some social/family issues if you asking to leave the state.   Like other people have said, go do stuff, other than video games to get you a better outlook on the situation. Guidance counselor might be a good idea cuz i am really doubting this is all over $3 at this point. Go running/walking, its free, makes you feel better and honestly will give you time to think shit over. You will be just fine, read some books on cool people who had problems early in their lives, you can sit in the library and read all day long without even a library card. Also sounds like you could really use a job, Look everywhere, not one shitty coked out Dunkin Doughnuts which probably will show you the wrong things in life anyhow. Life is changing quick and while that may be scary there
are two ways to handle it, stick your head in the ground and let the dirt absorb your tears, or get your dick hard about showing some dumb motherfuckers  that they were completely wrong about you. Also these sites are not the best for advice because alot of people just get their dick hard by shitting on people. And try working at your relationship with your folks, unless their hardcore addicts who sell your clothes, you guys probably are just having misunderstandings and besides man, their the only two you will ever get. 

P.S. No collection agency is coming after you over $3 and if they do just laugh in the phone until they hang up.

guys i think i know what im going to do... im gonna create another account under a proxy site and try to make back the money by playing arccade pool and an occasional mlb 2k game (i've thrown perfect games through 5.1, 6.2, and 8.1 using the tigers. im such hell at this game you guys don't even understand). do you guys think this is a sound plan to earn back respect from everyonee? operation proxy goes in effect tmrw
