Trainer Larry Rivelli has shipped 2 to Cali & he has E T Baird riding both including #6 Nobals in the 2nd race. He was a beaten favorite in his last, so why ship him to Cali? ML is 8-1.
Pouring rain in SFLA today & the same expected for tomorrow. Chilling Heinekens, a couple of bowls & some winners will make the sun shine.

Race 3 #3 Big Novel is a filly stretching out to 7F after winning by 3 with Bravo @ 6F. #6 Big Switch is doing the same thing but Irad picks up the mount from Bravo who chooses #3. #7 Vronsky Feint could try to steal this one out front with a jock in Saez that loves it on the lead. #9 Vivacious Vanessa closed from 7 lengths off to get the win at the win going a mile. That's my box..

40 minutes between races seems excessive when you're sitting home making bets, munching & cold ones within reach but at the track getting through the crowd to get a beer, wait in lines for the bathroom & to make a wager & go find your seat again, walking through the crowds again. I can't believe I use to do that.
I've been to only 1 BC weekend & that was at Lone Star in 2004. Met & actually talked with actress Teri Hatcher in the buffet line. Smelled good, nice nips & pleasant.
