@DRFPrivman: Baffert press conference at 10. Hoppertunity did not train today. Assuming these events related. #KyDerby

This race is falling apart

Another horse I would have likely faded. With Constitution and hoppertunity out looks like Californa will be heavy favorite

I'm not sure that the race is falling apart. If you didn't like CC, you love this scratch.

Now, if you want to see mayhem, what if CC scratches (who by all accounts, looked stiff today).

Would end up the highest odds post time favorite in years (probably Danza at 8-1).

Wicked Strong will also be in the 8:1 range by post time I'd guess.

If you were not playing hoppy,why would you want him out?
He would have taken some serious cash.
Means my picks will be dragged down some

Please tell me this isn't true....heard he was stiff yesterday...but much much better today...... And yes,  that would be  some serious mayhem

Vet: Chrome, at best, will be 5/2 now, maybe more like 2-1. So if you don't like CC, the scratch of Hopp gives you even better odds.

 

Crusher: yeah, we were looking at the same reports. I always hate to see a stiff horse this week, but he was just a day removed from a flight so I guess we take it for what it is.
