Lady Blitz 2 - 0-0-1 13,000 earnings

I did not catch any words Irad might have said after the race .Wish I would have.

They are now training her on the turf. Last was on the 28th, 4f breezing  49.41. Not sure when her next race will be.

Received a small royalty after her last race. Enough to go out for coffee. While a winning race career would be terrific, were just kind of in it for the experience,

and a safe career for Lady Blitz. Thanks to all for the interest. 

Hey doc...your girl is going today in Saratoga's Race 2. She's # 4.

Im no trainer, far from it, but I thought Todds decision to stretch her out to 1 1/16 was wrong. And why is she racing for $136.000 in her third race.

In her defense she got bumped while 3rd heading into the first turn and then sandwiched by two horses hard and had to pull up. Bad racing luck? I dont know but I think a more seasoned horse might have avoided that fiasco. Midnight ,dont know if you watched the race and could give me your observation. Just hope shes not heading for a claiming race. Maybe if Linda Rice gets her hands on her she would make the right adjustments like she has so many times before,and has worked wonders with horses she has gotten off the claim. Will be interesting to see what they do now as she has gone from dirt to turf, running short and long.

 Doc, she got steadied down the stretch as well in what looked dangerous to me. First flash of the tote had Lady Blitz @ 9/5 but I think that was early money from the owners. Physically before the race, she looked beautiful but it was a very rough trip for her IMO. Hope she came out of it OK & she certainly gained experience in this one.

She's had 3 different jocks (Gomez, Irad & Saez) ride her & wonder if there will a 4th new jock in her next. Hate to see them give up & make her available to be claimed but that's business for ya.
