Wow I am surprised at how the volume has tanked the last month or so. On coinbase the daily btc volume has been 10k ish and it was 25-35k daily before I sold. I hate to think what would happen if the machines stopped pennying the bid/ask, volume might drop to like 2500 a day. That would never happen but it would be interesting to see what pricing would be without the bots involved.

Previous 1-year low of 2,623,005.552 BTC was on June 19 2020

Not sure I see a catalyst...trading volumes are lousy, it seems like the bots have it locked in and it seems to range trade with no direction. It hasnt broken down, it hasnt broken out. I am not sure what the reason would be to get back in?

I dont see the correlation. You need buyers and simplicity, less cost of transaction. The crypto space isnt efficient, it isnt cheap and there is no correlation between the USD and crypto. Volumes are terrible, mining until efficiencies improve with graphics cards is dropping strongly.

I was reading about OSTK and their securitization idea...that seems interesting to me but not at this price point for the stock. If I had found this out when the stock was under 5 I might have been interested but not at over 20.

No I dont think the markets are going to dump...they should have already with the virus news that keeps flowing daily. Ive almost given up on the idea that the market will ever go down more than 5% because the FED sends out the lineup to stop the market drop and will print like Japan to save the banks and hedge funds. Of course they dont care a crap about the consumer or citizen but they will print TRILLIONS to save JP and large cap corps from bond/stock failure.

They printed like 5 trillion during the shutdown. If another shutdown comes do you think they’ll print another 5 trillion? 

Also, we’re 4 months away from the election. If the stock market is down Trump has a 0% chance of winning. 

I guess it comes down to — do the powers that be want Trump? 

There wont be a shutdown even though down here the numbers are exponentially worse than when the first shutdown happened. Arizona should be shut down, nothing is stopping the ramp in numbers and the moronic gov down here knows he serves Trump and his party more than he serves the citizens who elected him.

It is like politicians are hoping something slows the virus down because nobody wants to make tough choices. It is almost like the shutdown only happened because New York and DC were in danger, outside of those areas the ramp elsewhere seems unimportant.

Boston was a ghost town for months. Maybe 10-20% back now. Mandatory masks when you go into a business. 

Trump/Republicans stance on masks isn’t good. 

If I was Trump I would have said the protests are bad during a pandemic. The Dems would have protected the protestors and then they would have owned corona. 

Trump does not think strategy because it would mean he has to actually engage in the process at hand. Trump refuses to wear masks and will abuse and put out the hundreds of people around him all so he is not put out. The guy is a clown and a dope. 

On the other side if Trump were to actually condemn the protests then that demographic would never vote for him...they dont anyway but any that comes his way is gravy and condemning them would virtually seal the entire demographic against him.

Europeans don’t wear masks for the most part and their numbers have gone down dramatically. 

Just from a strategic point of view I think he could have gotten off of corona and shifted that political nightmare on the Dems. 

That demographic has been owned by the Democrats for 50+ years. Democrats use propaganda better than any other group of people in the world besides Israel. I tip my cap to them. 

Over the next few months the establishment will pull out all of the stops to take back the presidency. I don’t think Trump will be able to handle it. The 60 year old Trump would thrive but I think he’s too old now.

Correlation is impossible to draw given all the variables. People like Trump have been yapping about Sweden and how we should be like Sweden, well they have their issues and success one month could mean disaster in another. Arizona went on lockdown and we were amongst the lowest in the country...well now we are top 10 so who the crap knows.

Europe in many areas went through the wringer early on and some areas in the UK are still on stronger lockdown than we are. To me trying to rationalize or correlate a virus is pretty futile. This is a mutating virus, that is all it is in its origin. The issue is we have nothing to stop it and the damage it does even if you survive is serious, much more than the flu...and did I already say that we have no defense for it?

Would shifting blame result in less death and harm? No...so who the crap cares? If Trump really gave a sh!t about anyone but himself then things would have been better. It is sickening that people care more about blame and deflection than each other and society. Trump does not give a rats behind about anyone, he never has and he never will. He is a lousy leader at a time when we need one. Dont Hilary or Biden me either, he is in the chair so the buck stops with him. I will likely be voting for Biden because Trump is such a toxic, abusive disgusting person and he has made things worse for the majority of the population, so he must be removed as soon as possible. I have zero respect for him as a person and his lack of leadership..his decisions have added debt, increased the distance between the lower and middle class vs his elite upper and we need a leader who brings people together not an indifferent idiot who is more concerned with his image and is abusively defiant.

What did you want him to do? The goal was to flatten the curve and to not overwhelm hospitals. That was accomplished. Cuomo and the nursing homes was probably the biggest disaster from leadership. Fauci lying to the public about not needing masks so healthcare workers could stockpile is a close 2nd. That lie destroyed the masks narrative. 

What do I want him to do? Is this some sort of joke? I want him to care about someone but himself for once. I want him to act presidential and have sympathy...not that fake crap sympathy he does poorly at, but show some emotion and caring for someone other than himself and his golf game.

What are you talking about? Please do not cut and paste some ultra blog theatrical nonsense, just YOU tell me what that means...not what Alex Jones thinks. You do know that these spooky healthcare workers are my neighbors, your neighbors, people living next to you right? They are not some faceless democratic group trying to get Trump out of office...they are people making median wages or less wearing a mask for 8-10 hours a day serving the public. Have you worn a mask for 8 hours with no break? Why would you minimize any of this, people have died and workers are struggling...healthcare workers. Have you actually visited a hospital and seen what is going on or are you relying on right wing conspiracy loons to inform you? I can tell you this, Arizona started out on the bottom of cases and now is a hot zone, in the top 10 and not really taking strong action to reverse it so I cant see things reversing course for a while....it is not fictitious here, our hospitals are struggling to serve the need let alone the total need of the population outside the US virus problem. Fauci is not lying to the public, he is a professional giving his opinion about the situation...nothing more or less.

Fauci and company intentionally lied to the American people. They told the public that they didn’t need to wear masks during a pandemic. Their reason for lying was to give healthcare workers a chance to stock up on masks and other PPE.
