So buck? Was wondering where you think OMER is headed? A chart reader would be looking for a buy point somewhere 5-10% or more lower from here, but I'm not so sure OMER can get the dramatic bounce that it was getting over the past 18 months in an overall rising market.
Does it bounce back again?

I find it funny how people are saying the market is so terrible and things are so bad....(not anyone here of course) but NO the market isnt so bad, there are many if not most stocks still way way way overbought and priced too high. The NAZ still in this high 6000 range is a joke, the biotech space is super expensive, tech is really overbought. I dont see any value out there except for energy/oil, nothing else.
So boo hoo that the market is actually down more than 5% for the first time in 5 years, people are so used to buying on the dips that any drop that lasts longer than a few days and the dummies freak out. I dont see value in anything, lets see the market down 10k more from here and shake out the weak hands...then maybe there might be some longer term values out there.
If it werent for leveraged debt based buybacks propping the market it would likely be around 15k now...and that debt is getting worth less and less as corporate debt is starting to get PROPERLY priced, but that isnt even remotely close yet either...so these moronic companies spending trillions on buybacks are losing and the debt is not going away, the value is dropping so they are getting wacked on both sides of the transaction.
I see some prices and I am thinking that yeah they are down but not even close to being worthy of a risk/reward trade.

I dont know how you can properly find support for a disfunctional market like this...prices are not set on supply and demand because of artificial demand based on artificial rates.
PE ratios are more fake than ever with the way corps screw with the income tax rate to goose earnings, use debt based buybacks to reduce float and have shifted long term debt to short term due to artificial rate manipulation. The concept of supply and demand has been gone in the market for a solid decade. Plus the way HFT and algo based trading platforms, PE ratios and business cycles dont matter...order flow, massive market buys from corporations on buybacks drive the price action.
If the fake forces ever get knocked or if something happened in the corporate debt market, the whole facade could be wiped out and fast. I dont think that this will happen, too much money and profits to be had in manipulation.

Of course not and I didnt load the money for the bitcoin fast enough either, I was waiting for 2500 on bitcoin to buy like 4...so I missed out on that.
This drop is nothing really, its nothing at all...we are still 21k plus which is way overbought. Outside energy are there any sectors that are overbought on more than a 6 month basis? I dont see it..

Negative buck. I moved some money around just before the holidays by selling a 0.6% fee fund and buying shares of the SPY (0.1%). I lost a tick or two on the move but will save a half of one percent per year in management fees. I left some cash on the side in the switch, but hesitated on OMER. I check these threads daily and was aware that you anticipated the move up but for the UMPTEENTH time I let the opportunity pass me by like a fool.
Why can't I pull the trigger???? I mean, you are virtually 100% calling the moves on this stock. Maybe next time! Congrats to you regardless.

Honestly I am starting to think I would be better off gradually swapping all of my holdings out for the SPY. It takes the fun out of the trading game but sometimes you do all of the homework and still get burned (I bought UPS last year at $120). At least in the SPY, you have 500 companies and lower volatility/surprises.
