Yeah because the tax issue is much more simple. If you have it through a domestic firm, I am pretty sure for tax purposes you have to unwind every single transaction, much like stock trades. If you have foreign profits, I think you just report it and that is that..and most DONT report it of course.
The WD issue is a HUGE red flag to me..much like a sports book..easy to deposit, pain in the butt to WD is a huge signal of something not right.
