Just buy some of the active stocks with good old fashion fundamentals like APPL, PCLN, BVN, etc...

The March 9th bottom low is our major bottom, so I would go ahead and pick up and watch the market cross the 13,000 mark.  Theres a time to take greater risk, and this time the global market can overcome the crisis.   Just keep an eye out on March 9th or 10th for a natural correction due to Dubai's debt overhaul.  making money now can't be easier, and a stock is never too high to buy, and never too low to sell. One option would be at&t and verizon, both pay a decent about 6.5 % dividend. The telecom sector has lagged the overall market which means there's little chance of any big downside because investor haven't make big profits to the point they'd want to sell and secure those profits.

And because it's lag the market there's always the possibility that investors will pull out of the sector's with the largest run up's that have now become overvalued and rotate into sectors that haven't been run up which is very common.

You could see some nice upside in the stocks to go with your dividends.

Right now there's alot of new exciting things happening in the telecom sector and it's at or near the begining with many years ahead and who knows what's coming down the road.

Definately worth at least a small consideration.
