Good trades you guys....nice bottom bottom there POP

Forexinsider called out an Ichimoku Cloud in EUR/GBP this afternoon before i went back to sleep so i went ahead and jumped in......He called the top at .9225 at around 2pm or so[high tonight was .9219]....trade good for $700....actually much more but that was my limit....

I dont see anything i like right now...i see a few crosses that went through while i was at work JPY,AUD....Ill check the charts around 10 am or so and see if anything else is popping...GL everybody

Man the daily chart on USD/CAD has a down cross of the +DMI through the ADX with the RSI at 60....so tempting but its dropped 140 pips already....
 
I knew this pair wouldnt just bust through 1.30 shoulda held onto my shrt position alittle longer....looks like it may come back to around 1.27 flat or so....im just gonna watch

Guess i shoulda sold USD/CAD at 630......

They may be right its dropped 300 pips last 24 hrs.....put in a buy order close to 1.27 flat,or did they call out a bottom?

Wallstreetcapper, how much money would it take to get started in the forex? this sounds interesting and i might go try to learn about it. Need to know realistic though what i would have to start with dollar wise. thanks.

I would suggest several months of using free accounts and determine if you both enjoy it and can be successful at it.

So check out the thread about resources, read up a bit and open a free demo account and see how you can do using house funds for a trial period.

Thanks, that is what i thought i would do to try to learn, but i just had no idea what it would take to start if i indeed liked it. Going to check it all out though and see what i can learn, and of course use the play money first.

Id say 2500 would be the starting point cash wise using MINI or MICRO lots, versus the full lots you have on the trial accounts.

Mini= .10 lot
Micro=.01 lot
Full=1 lot

Practice accounts are with FULL lots, so keep that in mind.

im on jpy myself.  hoping to ride it up to 99 while i do some research for tomorrow

whats up fellas, just got in.  had a few so not gonna be making any trades tonight.  BHeurofighter (buck knows who he is)... he's pretty good at trading GBP and EUR and he is saying that they will be moving down inthe next 24 hrs. he is callling for at least 300 pip drop in both so take it for what its worth.  i will probably try to sell any rallies for them

The LB pairs have been smacked down already. I would be shocked if they go down a ton being so oversold.

def wall... noticed that too i am stickin to the EUR with that call.  already sold 2 lots for 45 pips... looking to sell again.  been playing off the 10min charts
