Well Bama shit on me.....got out of JPY short for -13 pips[26 total]......once it broke 91.20-40 range and came back down i jumped out....
 
Should have jumped in on the buy there but i didnt....i agree with the experts we may have seen the bottom here and the turn up will take us to at least 96 short term maybe this week
 
Lets make some $$$$$$$

buck what do you think of a sell of usd/chf soon...
 
mcleod says look to sell into strength up to about 1.0845 (alsmost there) and that it should come down to about 1.04
 
also possible cross coming on the 4hours
 
gonna keep an eye on this one

Was dinner time just after i posted hadnt even treally looked at the charts yet...as long as that cross comes that could be a big gainer.....i havent been doing much trading of DMI across the ADX unless its in the upper 2/3 of the chart....right now the +DMI comes in at 32 not that it matter but i had 2 crosses fail in just a few days and i been weary ever since......

another cross in USD/JPY on the 4hr.....i just dont know if i wanna try it........+DMI in this pair is at 31 so its the same but RSI is at 69 ....

well better safe than sorry,but look for some small rally here to close the hr maybe....ill have to check out Gregs thread to see his reasons for the drop....thx for the heads up

def better safe than sorry, ive been burned a couple times by becoming too anxious and jumping right into a trade. 
 
about the top 1/3 does that just mean that the trend is stronger if its up there or there is more room for it to come back down?  i tihnk it should be fine in the bottom 2/3 if you were trading it for a year with good results

Although i guess it really doesnt matter looking at boh charts they moved the way we thought but not very much...........USD getting some back here tonight...........had a buy set for JPY at 9150 but it didnt push down that far....think the low was mid 80s........96 in the next 2 days.....watch
 
EUR next key level around 1.33 now 1.36.......

i agree with the jpy, i was looking for it to come back down to the trendline to buy.  gonna keep an eye on it today to see if it comes down to low 92's

I knew i shoulda sold EUR/GBP b4 work this am but i couldnt pull the trigger.......USD/JPY is slow and stead so far still think we see that push up to 96 b4 mid week.......although it could stall but i think the downtrend is done
 
i just set a sell order for GBP at the highs at 1.4738...set a limit for 60 pips no stop if it hit i will chase this one down.....Matts trade on NZD hit and i missed it havent been checking that thread on a regular basis.....good trade ideas over there for any new folks

just got in checking to see whats up...  ive noticed things are pretty slow in the evening.  wish i could easily trade in the mornings, there seems to be a lot of action then

it didnt hit my order but im in GBP at 1.4710 up 93 pips at the moment....  EUR coming down as well shoulda jumped in both but i dont like have that much out at once

chart looks perfect right now too cross on 2hr and 4hr.lets see another push down to 1.44

Nice job on the trades fellas, how have you been doing money wise the last month or so?

I imagine the trading ranges have narrowed as volitility has died down.

Well the weeks havent been as good for sure but i had a few losing trades in there also.....its been pretty good though i traded JPY in that range at least three times b4 the loss....each time for at least 30 pips [60 with 2 lots]and the loser on JPY cost me less than 30 total pips for two lots so i cant complain...but there have been plenty of trades to be had
 
I got stopped out on Matts AUD play so did he but i coulda averaged and been fine but if youre gonna take his trade ideas i figured its better to trade it the way he is....slowly learning to let go
 
Looking forward to getting back to normal here with the holidays outta the way
 
Im out of GBP prob a mistake on my part i think this sinks more but i have to take that profit dont want to be greedy here,still looking for the long vacation come spring,also taking the wife to see Dave in Vegas in May just ordered my airline tix today
 
Good to see ya Wall hope you get back in here on a regular basis soon,dont forget to check the other forum theres a fibo thread over there and each USD pr has its own thread......theres a guy in GBP thats been killing it,hes been dead on with EUR/USD and GBP/USD......Eurofighter or something like that check it out

Just got home going through the charts......i see JPY almost hit 95 today....coming close to my prediction im not backing down 96 tonight or tomorrow[i called this out in the 92s BTW]

EUR also headed toward the level i pointed out a few days ago 1.33 down from 1.36 when i brought it up.......if it fails to hold onto this level 1.31 is next
 
I dont see much chart wise at the moment that just looking over the 4hr charts....AUD can push down some more here next few hrs ill bite....ill be in and out of here the rest of the day any question just ask ill reply as soon as i see it.......Lets make some $$ today fellas

take a look at GBP daily the DMIs and the ADX all coming to a point with the +DMI poised to break up through both maybe bringing the 1.51s back with it....man i love this stuff

got caught up short in that gbp/usd shitstorm today... lost bigtime! all happened because i went on tilt last night haha, could have exited plus 300 pips on it this morning getting me to even, but no i didn't and instead it moved back up like 400 pips lol (X4 lots ).  lesson learned.... that crippled me, but in a way i am happy it happened cause now i know!
