once the +DMI crossed over the ADX and -DMI line it shot off....thats why i jumped out b4 bed i cant leave trades open unless im playing off daily charts....i coulda made another 100+pips but i figured it was better to lock in profits there....sorry Pop if i got you in that one....we will find something good 2night to get some of it back

DMI crosses are still the best trades i think....just dont get caught on the wrong side

it was a good trade, i just got greedy and wanted to do more than break even and it was coming down strong this morning so i set a limit which never reached then it shot up bigtime.  no worries, best way to learn is from mistakes.  heading home, will be checkin in a couple hrs.

wish i was home to grab some JPY back in the 92s...an entry here prob isnt that bad either 93.60s........but im gonna wait for a chart play to rear its head

i just set a buy order for JPY at 93.30 going to the store and stopping by my brothers be back in an hr or 2

nice call on jpy buck... i got in and out for 60 pips (only trading one lot a time right now, which is even a lot right now )
 
went short on NZD got in at 0.5965 based on matt's latest video.  there was a channel forming and uptrend (possibly a B wave) and he was looking for it to hit the top and then spill over a bit (which is where it is at now) and then to break down.  waiting for it to break down now

Good to see you cashed in Pop......looks like we got in within 10 pips or so of the bottom.......im still in going to try and hold for 100 pips.....200 total

been pretty steady in the .5970's, hopefully it breaks down.  in the meantime what do you think of eur/gbp buck... in terms of the bottom/bottom?  both rsi and dmi+ look to be lowest they have in a couple months onthe 4hrs.  or how far do you usually look for them to come down?

thats not looking......but im already in NZD so unless our pair breaks lower here pretty quick i wont be able to enter...
 
 
As far as set up goes the levels are pretty good RSI and +DMI under 10....we are 50 or so pips off the bottom though so you may be sitting for awhile....
 
Going to let this NZD ride a bit longer will be going to bed here soon

set a limit and stop on the NZD...time to hit the sheets, hopefully we'll see some favorable results in the AM

Got my 50 from NZD stuck in JPY have yet to average just gonna ride it out....guess i shoulda taken the profit when it was just over 94 lastnight......oh well

Im scanning the charts right now dont see much.......JPY is about to cross or bounce i got my fingers crossed for a bounce...otherwise its back to 91

Well im off to BBall practice.....its only an hr but ill be gone for 2 prob with the drive and everything plus we let the kids shoot around for a bit afterwards.......see you guys later

just got in from class... part time masters so i have classes on monday and wed/or thursday now.
 
i got stopped out of the NZD!  i was still good this morning before work, but soon after it popped up to stop me out before it went down!   i could have watched it from work so i wish i didnt use stop.  i really only want to use stop when i cant watch (ie - overnight and sometimes when im at work)

might try with NZD again... if it breaks down and closes outside of the channel might continue down

didnt close outside this hour so gonna hold off... it is right on the edge of the channel so i think next hour if it goes down and closes below the high .5840's i will enter

came down to 5830's but then closed back up over inthe 50's... doesnt seem to want to break down through the channel

im am just now even money in AUD after averaging this afternoon holding out for 10 -20 pips here wich would give me nice profit holding 4 lots
