hit $10 today.  I really hope this holds then goes through the fu ckin roof.  Approval must occur.  Partner must be announced.  People will come, if you market it they will come.

Yep, day high of $10.25 so far. The only question is...sell after approval and partnership announcement, or hold for a couple of years. If this is a game changer like it has the potential to be it could pay off my mortgage.

I've been in for a few years, I don't see how it does not get market penetration.  They don't tout the needle thing that much but what NEW DIABETIC will prick themselves 10,000 times over versus inhaling.  No brainer.  Then you have the Afrezza piece that changes the quality of life of the diabetic.

Couple of questions. Do you know who the leading drug company is in partnering with mannkind to sell/market Afrezza? What do you think the ceiling for this stock is on July 16th if it gets approved on the 15th? Also, do you think MNKD will flatten out until later in the year or 2015 when the inhaler and Afrezza really become mainstream (if effective of course)? Whats your thoughts on the ultimate roof of this thing? I doubt Mann will sell his stock while hes alive (although hes 88....) since this has been his baby for years.

No, none have been announced.  They won't do it.  All we know is they hired a very prestigious consulting company to handle all of the discussions and nothing at all has been released.  I've seen a ton of names brought up and reasons why but all speculation.  

Sky is really the limit.  Unless the find side effects for this we are not aware of that truly kill people using it I don't see why it will not be used by a ton of diabetics.  I've listened to a ton of testimonials from people using it and doctors.  I've talked to diabetics in my family, all would want it.  It could save your life, whats the value of that versus others or not taking it.

All I can say is $10 bucks seems cheap in the grand scheme of things.  We still have some road blocks because were NOT APPROVED yet even though the ADA review was almost unanimously in favor of Afrezza.  Thats July 15.  We need a strong partner.  Those two things happen I don't see a drop in price I see a huge increase.  Usually this stock will run up and sell on news but to me these type of BIG NEWS events like approval and partner have never happened before so you don't know.  

I've tried to find a reason why this will not be a huge success given the above two happening and I can't

Anyone looking to buy today may be your day, looks like they are going to try and knock this price down so shorts can cover.  If we get a pullback here, grab it.  Even for a trade if you dont want to go long.  I'll be on top of it today, I still want more shares.

the reversal in the market is coming. 4%-8% pullback within the next 2-3 weeks. I am riding this gap up. But this is a huge red flag for late 2014/2015. Good luck with MNKD.

I been hearing this for about a year or more.  Eventually someone is going to get that right.  People say it every day.  Like I said, it will eventually happen.

I have been on the bull train the last 2-3 years. BTFD and just hold on. I am still bullish, I am a perma bull at heart. But, It was different, when you have Bernanke at the helm and POMO every day of the week. Now, the tides are turning, Interests rates can't continue to stay this low. I am still long IWM and SPY monthly's. But I day trade weekly's/monthly's and I am selling most of the weekly's that I bought last week and holding on to 80% of my monthly's. I am ready for a 4%-8% correction in the next coming weeks. As I will by puts in the next 2 weeks on any pops in the SPY/IWM and will look to add until the end of June..  Once we correct I will go long again. Rinse and Repeat. Until the end of the year where I will liquidate most of my longs (from the past several years) and be happy with my gains. The rally continues because of the ECB cutting interest rates on deposits. I personally thought they were going to start their own QE which would have been amazing for the markets. I am giving you a time frame, obviously we are going to correct, everyone can say that. I am laying out my actual plan, although my plan changes day to day. I base all my TRADING off of sentiment readings, divergences and game theory. People like to think in linear biases while when you day trade against algos/HFT you have to think in geometric random game theory biases. This is my current plan. I will update you once my readings confirm or don't. I personally believe we still can go up for a couple weeks. This can take us A LOT higher. my 2 cents.

you will see a small correction in 1-2 weeks (2%-4%) and a bigger one in July (4%-8%). From my Sentiment readings. Happy Trading..

You can call the next/small correction coming a "reversion back to the mean." We are trading above the BB and it will continue for a short while.  All the bears are not yet slaughtered but it is getting close.

Buying weekly puts at the close mañana. Selling at the close Wednesday and going long Thursday morning and selling longs friday. Buying puts weekly's and july's next week

increased my position today by 7% today.  I still expect a pullback, need some more shares before announcement but in case it runs I added a few more

FDA still scheduled to announce approval/disapproval on MNKD on 7/15.  Hope it comes early.  Stock ends day at $10.73.  Really hope they get an early approval and market and shorts get thrown for a tizzy, then we run.  Gotta a lot of money tied up here.

Will they announce early, or will someone leak it? Would the friday before or that monday (14th) be a good indicator of what the verdict will be?

Have you heard anymore on a partner. Certainly there are some big boys that would want a piece of this.

Just hearsay, but people are expecting this to come early.....they seem to be negotiating the label.  As for partner, the message we are hearing is about 4-6 weeks after approval.  Nothing is real specific from the MNKD house as of now on it.  I expect approval and partner almost around same time.

This approval was a long time coming.  Really was caught off-guard with the late day announcement so were many traders.  Dropped because some people sell on news and then stops got taken out.  I was able to add shares when it was dropping.  I added at $9.70 on down movement, $8.87 on down movement and $9.88 when it was heading back up.  Looks like its right at $11 in after hours.  

I expect a BIG breakout on Monday then maybe some selling for profits buy some.  I'm holding, the announcement of a partner in the next few weeks to month would be a big catalyst.  I'm now in full position + some after the 3 buys yesterday on stupid people selling and not watching their stops.  It came all the way down almost to 8 in short order after announcement.

This would have really ran had it not came so late in the day.  If you can get in early Monday its a great buy.  I expect it to open in 12s to 13s if not more based on people getting news so late Friday and the potential here.  I expect a ton of volume.  Big news for a stock  we been tracking in MNKD here for a long time

Label is actually great, nothing real scary there, especially for what we see everyday with other products.  Mostly just obvious warnings.
