I use to watch videos on dailyfx.com cant remember the guys name but he was a good trader..i like watching video blogs or trading setup videos..loved to listen to Spanton too..dude just always had the same feeling about the market as most of us..hes been waiting for the other shoe to drop for some time now
I dont use anything else for news though outside of the regular news feed on platform,as long as youre checking the event cal you shouldnt get caught with your pants down..
I do what everybody says you shouldnt though and i think Knox made this comment early on in the thread,im looking to pick tops and bottoms..even if its just a temporary turnaround or end of the trend,i love seeing the maxed out indies on my chart.You might get stuck in a trade going about it this way but entering a trade that was already looking over extended kinda makes you feel like it cant run and hide from ya..

I think they are going to push risk higher tonight..

Already popping now.

In reality the US/Yen did not drop much at all..

Not sure what the catalyst is but they are bumping the Yen pair up right now.

Been long since this morning. 


I wonder what the outcome would be if you just blindly went long every evening before Jpy open?

went short AUD/USD  89.442   might not be able to break  89.567 the spreads went wild as I out in my short ... either I get stopped out at 89.580 or it gives back all it gains the rest of the night ... million things to do be bcak in a bit..

I kind of notice that after Asia closes and it gets nearer to Europe that risk reverses..it happens all the time.

closed short .. plus 13 pips ... waiting for news to clear , then might jump in for more ...

And off they go so far tonight..

Both beta yen pair up pretty strong so far, also the Asia markets up.

I guess all is finished with this Ukraine situation.

I dont see how they keep levitating this pig with all the bad data coming out month after month.

The excuse list never ends, always something to blame.

I added at that level from ago..will add another if it keeps going higher.

I've been in worse spots, I can wait it out..the vig is bothering me though.

got caught up in the AUD/USD 38 pip run down .. Man never lost money so quick in my life.. Thank god I grabbed both my balls and went long right after that long bear candle on the 15 min chart .. Back up 13 pips .. hoping to run this trade to the top of the range on the 15 min @ around 91.060  will hold until London open if I have to.. Have limited time to trade due to people asking me to go here and go there ..   driving me nuts .. My week sucked do to lack of trading .. and it is amazing how people like to trade a trending market .. I am alot better scalper when it is ranging .. I am about even this week , if this trade pans out I should make some money. ..

Great trade coming back up after a bad run  down , lost 13 pips , than came right back for 30 pips.. Made my week  in one trade...

tried to add more at 173.50 but missed fill by 5 pips..

Interesting action today..initial spike and now they are backing off a bit.
