Never understood this either. William Hill offshore takes so many props/totals/alternate spreads etc. Yet their app from what I understand is limited in scope.

What gives? Couldn't you just copy and paste the lines from London?

Agreed, LVH usually has the lowest line in Vegas. An online app would get my business that is for sure.

Startup costs I'm guessing or they don't think they will get enough volume vs Boyd, Cantor, Stations, South Point, etc. who have multiple properties.

question for you guys... are there only a few (3-4) casinos which offer online sports betting?? also i assume u must be nevada residents...would it be possible to bet gms if you can get an acct. open then bet from another state?? i'm thinking of moving to reno in 6 mos. for biz but when i'm done i plan on moving out of state..if i open an  online acct for sports betting would i still be able to access the acct when i move back out of state??? any info on this would be helpful...also will they (casino) need a deposit to open such an acct....tia bol to all

you must be in Nevada, and you have to open an account with a minimum deposit of 50 dollars.

thxs. yava, so you can't make online wagers out of state?? even though u are a nevada resident?? also do most sports books offer online wagering now a days?? tia

The smartphone app identifies your location when you log-in.  If you're outside of the state of Nevada you can't log in.  I'd imagine the PC platform has something similar.

There's about 10 companies that run all the sportsbooks in Vegas. Only a handful have online wagering.

Just got back from Vegas for March Madness.  Stayed at the Wynn.  Can't believe they don't have account wagering.  Average wait time to make a bet was 20 minutes.  Forget about making a half time wager.  I played 90% of my march madness plays online with my local.
