I have played a fair amount in Vegas and agree with refer.
Pauite Wolf and Coyote Springs were good courses and good value.
I wouldn't play Bali Hai for 1/2 of what they rip you off for. Badlands was in terrible shape the one time I played there but I thought it was an interesting track but overpriced.
Revere is the better course at Lexington.
Bear's Best was OK and a bit disappointing frankly.
Wolf Creek is spectacular as far as visual effects but I wasn't overly impressed as a golf course but it is a must play one time but I wouldn't go back. Pace of play can be an issue there too.
Last trip I played Spanish Trail and thought it had good value for the price I paid on Golf Now and is close to the Strip.

Been to Vegas dozen times and this year we decided to book a golf package. Looking at the Aria's golf package. Something like $600 for 3 nights and 18 rounds of golf a day. Any info on golfing out there would be great.
