Just spent a week at The Venetian. Horrible Sportsbook experience, here is the comment I left...

Just stayed at the Palazzo-
terrible for me too.
Got there late on Friday, still some horse racing going . Went to the window and they were all out of racing forms?
Ok. looked on the TV and there was some meaningless basketball game. Just looking for action. It was at halftime, went to the window and asked what the halftime line was, we have no line, come back.
Go back and they have decided they are not going to offer a line on the game. 
So I bet it on my phone, using my offshore account. I will usually bet in the casino and "hold the ticket" but it was such a pain in the a s s , I just used my phone the whole time and bet offshore. Book was always super crowded, nowhere to sit.

Palazzo/Venetian are my favorite rooms. I have stayed there many times.  I have to admit, after being turned off by bad customer service in the past, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE BOOK AND THE OUTRAGEOUS COST OF THINGS THERE,  service overall was very good.  I am not so sure  I am going back though, as I just felt like s h i t was too expensive. $50 bucks for a round of drinks just seems a little excessive to me. 

The Book sucked balls, cannot say anything else. Even that little book in Palazzo, line was always screaming long. F U C K em.

i hope the comment you left on the 'how was your stay' form (or whatever), was better written than what you put in your original post. if not they forgot about that comment in seconds and continued their day. poor spelling, grammar and a comment that didn't really make sense didn't get through to anyone

Riiight, because I am sure the comments they get on their online comment forms are always in the best King's English.  Get over yourself, I am sure they got the gist of the message.

I represent the LV Sands corp. / Sheldon Adelson / Venetian Hotel & Casino, it has been brought to our attention that your website has published slanderous, and unjustified commentary in regards to the Venetian SportsBook, and Mr Alderson specifically. This, and continued slanderous remarks can be found in the website's Las Vegas forum section, page one; exclusive to screen names, Bing, Mafioso, and sports_Network, Where'as Mr Alderson's Las Vegas residential address was displayed. As Covers is fully aware of, the Sands corp is behind the advertising revenue that supports the website, and finds it's repulsive that this type of commentary has a justified place in the LV forum, and should be removed immediately (if not sooner) or retribution will be served....

Covers.com representative: Yes sir Mr.****** I'll personally see that all of the commentary concerning Sheldon Alderson, the Venetian SportsBook, all personal data, the Riviera land deal be DELETED asap from page one of the Las Vegas forum, as a matter of fact, we're going to delete the entire page...Is their anything else we may be of assistance with?

Oh! and BTW, make sure 'Bing' stays in the penalty box until he learns his lesson, "don't fukc with people who have 30 billion in their back pocket"

You're right, maybe this is why I was boxed.  I still wasn't given an explanation for the second boxing,
