 Do you know if South Point and The Orleans is open? I was thinking about going to Vegas for a couple days, and I like the smaller, more locals places. South Point is my favorite.

I went to a Pa.casino two weeks ago and it was a bad experience. Half the tables closed,only three players per table, no drinks at most tables because half the servers laid off. If you wanted a drink you waited sometimes forty minutes for it to come. No interaction with dealers who have a mask and a face shield on. I used to go to a casino twice a month but now I’ve been only there twice in a year. It won’t get better for at least another two years so just get an online casino account and play that way!

charlestown is busy on weekends, not weekdays.

 Thanks for Post # 26 above. I had lived there for almost twenty years and in 2020 lost my job of nine years due to Covid. It forced a relocation to Ohio and I really look forward to coming back there. I miss the ability to bet on sports...which we don't have in Ohio. Keep me updated on how things are? I watch 8 news now with the broadcasts online but you are "boots on the ground". Sent you a friend request.

 thanks again for the update---yeah I try to head down to Vegas for a conference every year or 2, but that market has pretty much dried up--who wants to go to virtual conferences plus if you did go --Canada's travel restrictions prevent any practical trip -realistically I don't plan on going until spring 2022, since I'm sure it will take months after widespread vaccinations by fall of 2021 to have some resemblence of normal. I'm sure the strip is like a ghost town now...but a good time to buy lol!

How are things looking these days? Booked the Circa for mid-May. Is it worth doing or pull the ripcord?

Since this pandemic fucked all of us, my love for gambling hasn't got away. I haven't been to a real casino in a long long time, but that doesn't mean that I haven't been playing.

Love seeing another gambler, that is not leaving his passion. Not sure what's the best part, that I can play in my bed, or that I can make my beloved drinks at home and not wait for someone.
