I was ready to hit Gasteulum hard this morning only to find out he was hurt. That was a total mismatch.
And I've been thinking I would hit Condit for a long time and finally go to do it today and He's even odds. I still like him but not quite as attractive than +125 or 115.
Something really puzzling. Why is Poirier vs Duffy, a headline event from a couple months ago, on Fightpass Prelims?

I actually liked Kyle Noke's value over +400 against Kelvin Gastelum when he was still the opponent, especially after Noke's last performance. Alex Morono, his new opponent, is very tough and won me money in the last Legacy FC card as a +180 underdog, but I think Kyle Noke's the play with Morono's short notice if he's not a huge favorite.
I think Condit had value as a dog, but I believe Robbie will win this fight and at near evens now, Robbie is the play for me. I actually bet him early at -135 and also like Robbie by decision and split/majority decision at good lines.
Poirier vs Duffy is on the Fight Pass prelims of UFC 195 supposedly because they were headlining a Fight Pass event originally and they're keeping them there for Fight Pass customers. Really, it's probably an excuse to encourage people to subscribe to Fight Pass or re-subscribe to Fight Pass.

I like robbie too at -115. Robbie has a tough chin and is explosive. Condit has a chance though.
Cruz over Dillashaw, not by much. The money line is good for cruz. Cruz does a ton of movement and gets tired in 3 rounders, in a 5 round fight is he in good enough shape? Wait till the weigh in to put a bet in.
Dillashaw's striking and movement are to par with pure boxers.
Dillashaw isnt a high IQ striker like Cruz is. If cruz had above average knockout strength he would be a great pick. Dominick is injury prone.
Matt mittrione wins by knockout. Close match up, could go either way.

I don't think Cruz can step into a title fight after all the time he has had off and be near the same level. Even in his prime I might like Dillishaw. I was never a fan of Cruz because he danced around the outside without putting himself at risk

His style is weird but I see him winning by decision. His footwork is like boxers but tailored for mma. Cruz boxing iq is much higher than T.J. T.j is healthier and more in shape.
TJ lost to Assunsau and dodson, both complex, quick fighters but strong unlike cruz. He beat barao but he fights with little movement.
Straight back from his off time he will come back fresh. If anything the over 2.5 is a slightly better choice. TJ likes to pressure at the 2-3 round, Cruz will be cautious first round.

Lawler can't win a decision here---Mark my words---Zero chance. Only way Lawler wins is with a heavy left that drops Condit---I give Lawler a 5% chance to win this fight. Condit is too smart to let him get inside--Condit will use his height and length to keep Lawler on the outside. In my book its a easy unanimous decision for Condit---49-46

Everyone pretty high on Sims, but Trujillo is a killer!
Miocic has beat Flabio, 41 yr old Hunt, and Gonzaga on his way to this fight. He's a good fighter but Andrei keeps beating whoever they put in front of him
I know Poirier can do but I don't know Duffy too well yet. I think He's riding the McG hype train too

This was originally booked to headline a Fight Pass card, so they decided to keep it Fight Pass. The UFC is trying to put better fights on Fight Pass to boost subscriptions, which I don't blame them for. I will keep Fight Pass for tape study value alone, but I can also see why alot of fans don't subscribe (especially with pirated streams of live events running rampant). Honestly, this fight is good enough quality to be a co-main on PPV, especially with Poirier's only loss in his last 6 coming to McGregor, while Duffy is the last guy to beat McGregor. Honestly this fight should have been on the McGregor-Aldo PPV.
