Very big bet for me on Pitbull, despite being undersized compared to
Bendo. I feel the line is off here with Pitbull's excellent takedown
defense, high aggression and better striking. Bendo also looked a bit
drained back at 155 pounds yesterday during interviews after the
weigh-ins. Wish I waited until today for the +230 or so now on Pitbull.
Bellator 160 Risk $2002.00
Patricio Freire (+190) vs Benson Henderson $500.00 for $950.00
Patricio Freire scorecards = no action (+236) $100.00 for $236.00
Not Benson Henderson inside distance (-345) $345.00 for $100.00
Patricio Freire/Benson Henderson Over 2½ (-225) $225.00 for $100.00
Georgi Karakhanyan (+140) vs Bubba Jenkins $200.00 for $280.00
Georgi Karakhanyan wins inside distance (+235) $40.00 for $94.00
Georgi Karakhanyan/Bubba Jenkins Over 2½ (-180) $90.00 for $50.00
Saad Awad (+135) vs Derek Anderson $200.00 for $270.00
A.J. McKee/Cody Walker Under 1½ (-110) $50.00 for $50.00
Parlays:
A.J. McKee/Cody Walker won’t go 3 round distance (-350) + Not Henderson inside distance (-345) $152.00 for $100.07
A.J. McKee wins inside distance (-215) + Not Derek Anderson inside distance (-215) $100.00 for $114.66

Great betting man, I'm impressed. You would've won all 3 if it weren't for Freire's freak accident. MMAMAIN would never think to make those types of bets.

he went 4-7 on picks and lost over $1,000 (half of the money he was risking)....what are you talking about?

Well they were only halfway thru Round 2 at the time, with Round 1 being a close round where neither guy really did much of anything. Have you ever seen Benson's fights before? The dude is notorious for winning controversial, undeserving split decisions. And with the way Bellator is trying to basically spoon-feed him a title shot that he hasn't earned yet, I'd say there was a good chance something shady happened if it went to a decision anyways. I wouldn't have just assumed his Pitbull bet was safe at that point in the fight. He also needed Pitbull to win inside the distance but also have the fight go over 2.5 rounds, in order to win a few of those extra bets, which means he needed Pitbull to win in the final couple of minutes of the fight in order to really make any money on those two wagers. Regardless, it was a crappy way to have to lose a bet, but I don't think any result is a sure thing in a Henderson fight, that's for sure, let alone one in the shadiest MMA organization.

Yeah, I really put myself out there with a very large play on Pitbull at underdog odds and it looked like he was going to win after the first round. Sucks he got injured. That really cost me. I couldn't imagine Bendo stopping him otherwise.

Looks like he was going to win after the first round? What are you talking about? Neither fighter did anything in the first round, only reason you had to give it to pitbull was b/c he was the aggressor even though he didn't land anything. I agree with p6y1, if it went to decision they would have given it to Benson even if he didn't deserve the win. I like Chandler in the title fight though, wouldn't be surprised if Benson is the favorite again seeing that he's been a -300 fav in his first two bellator fights, including his first fight where he got destroyed, i believe he was more than 300 fav in that one.

Pitbull landed several punches and kicks in round 1 and Bendo landed nearly nothing. He didn't just win on aggression, he out struck Bendo. That was a relatively inactive round but clear 10-9 for Pitbull.
