Damn it. I'm brand new to covers & you are the one person I have been following for awhile. I'm on the other side in this fight, hope my other leans will fall in lines with yours or I may have to re-think my plays. Good luck & thanks for always being consistent poster on here.

I did not think there was any need to wait for the weigh ins to lock in on this one, as I don't think we have to worry about a bad weight cut from Johnson.
I also feel the line will continue to move in the "Mighty Mouse" direction, so I wanted to lock in now.

Bang Ludwig should definitely benefit Benavidez in his prep for this fight. However, Ludwig cannot teach speed and athleticism.
I was there live for their 1st fight, and had $$$ on Benavidez, but it was pretty obvious that Benavidez was at an extreme disadvantage when it came to speed and movement. I don't think that is something that is going to change in this rematch.
The only moments where Benavidez had any success ( other than the knockdown and submission attempt in the 4th round) was when he initiated the clinch battles up against the cage in rounds 1 & 2. however, he was not strong enough to hold those positions when he secured them and Johnson repeatedly scored upon break.
Although the decision in there 1st fight was a split, i did not think the fight was remotely close. I had it 49-46 Johnson. I expect a similar result in the rematch.

Yeah I agree with all of your points. Guess is just one of those gut feelings you get sometimes. I'm basically just hoping for a KO or Sub for the win. I'm from Philadelphia & don't use an online account so the props & parlay options are slim at best. I'm looking forward to your other picks on this card. My only other leans are Lauzon & Bowling, so will be tailing some of your other plays I'm sure. Thanks again for posting

I was on Trujillo the 1st time they fought and felt fortunate with the no contest, as I thought Abel was clearly losing the fight up to that point. If Bowling fights smart, not angry over the previous fight, he should take this one.
Joe Lauzon should take this one as well, but he is such a stupid game planner, and trains with one of the worst camps in existence today. I am always tentative to bet any significant units on him, even when he should steamroll through someone.

I think he is a very mediocre fighter with a very limited skill set. Fortunately for him, McKenzie is even worse! Stout should fight smart enough to avoid McKenzie's ground game and do enough on the feet to win a decision.

i was leaning towards laflare over mcgee, whats your reason for that pick? ive liked mcgees heart in the past but he always gets himself into tough decisions it seems like lol
mcflare looked good in his last fight but if i recall he looked gassed early too...but i dont really remember too much of it
gl this card on same side for most!

just think laflare uses his strength and keeps it a dirty fight against the cage or on the ground, mcgee isnt really a finisher imo
Court will have a significant advantage in the striking game and cardio. Yes, Court does not appear to posses one punch KO power, but makes up for it with solid technique, movement and output. His takedown defence should be good enough to keep this one standing. I don't think Laflare is strong enough to hold Court up against the cage, nor is that his typical strategy.

Follow your threads and respect your opinion. What is you assessment of the Mendes fight. Lentz seems overmatched in all aspects. Do you like Mendes enough that you would feel safe laying major juice or do you feel Lentz has a chance for upset? Thanks.

I think Mendes wins, but I would not lay $900 to win $100 straight up, if that is what u were thinking of doing. That is just poor money management IMO...
