Another UFC event, another dollar. I almost forgot about this card with the big UFC in Brazil coming up.
There are a couple of matches that I'm looking forward to see. In particular, the fight between Jim Miller and Bendo and Lytle going against Hardy. I expect the former to be a technical fight and the latter providing some fireworks.
Here are my picks for tonight:
Miller vs. Henderson Since getting slapped kicked by Pettis, Bendo hasn't really impressed me in his fights in the UFC. Miller on the other hand has been on a tear, winning 8 in a row. I see Miller using his wrestling base and smarts to grind out a win. If Miller fights smart and doesn't put him self in a position get caught in a submission such as a guillotine, he should extend his winning streak.
Cerrone vs. Oliveira Cerrone via veteran savvy. He had a safe gameplan in his last fight and I expect the same from him tonight. Call it the "Team Jackson-Style" but I feel he's ok with getting a win over being exciting. Oliveira is young and explosive but he will not have anything new that the vet Cerrone hasn't seen before.
Good Luck, Enjoy the fights!

Win on Cerrone, Lose on Miller. Better than losing big I guess.
Where was Miller and his wrestling? I didn't think the size advantage/length of Bendo was going to be that much of a problem for Miller but boy, was it ever. Miller just got dominated.
Can't wait for the Anderson Silva card!
