@JEG53 My favorite team was the 1927 Yankees, and no, I wasn’t around to watch them. To answer your other question: I stopped betting baseball when they introduced pitch counts many years ago. I still bet football, hockey and occasionally college hoops during the tournament.
'27, '37, '47, and '57. Ruth, DiMaggio, Mantle. Then Mickey retired and nothing has been the same since.

The Pirates cut Todd Frazier today. The fact that this guy is even still getting looked at is a very sad commentary on the current availability of talent in “Major League Baseball”. Good God....

Maeda 4.0IP 3 hits, no BB, 4 SO no earned runs. Happ fucked me, pitched too many innings (3.2) lets up 6 runs on 10 hits... but that's why they call it ST - nothing but a big scrimmage/practice and let that bum throw grapefruit after grapefruit because the game don't matter.
Regular season I'd have laid -160 and easily won.

MLB ST: 28-22-7 / +15.00U

MIN -135 3U -4.05U
OAK +135 3U +4.05U

Especially MNF Dog 3U, UNDER 3U and 1U Parlay - you'd hit the parlay 50% of the time and 65% of your straight bets, all approximates. Back in the 80s and 90s

Spring Training 2021 [ 19-21-3 / +143 Units / RoR 3.6%]
3/27
Blue Jays -115
Marlins +145
Comment: Looking cautiously for a shutdown point now. Saturday may be OK, but Sunday is questionable, and Monday is definitely out. Time to complete projections and make a few wild azz guesses regarding season win totals and be ready for Thursday. MLB is back. Yee-Haw

Putting the Malachi on MIA, sorry this whole board is or will be on them. Maybe they'll import Happ from MIN to pitch the last 5 innings now that I took them
MIA +145 3U
BOL
Jeg and Sac what's the call in the tourney today?

The line is beyond stupid. Miami's lineup came out and the line went from +120 to +155. Now +150. And the Cards lineup isn't out. What secret weapons have they been holding out?
And Flaherty needs to pull an Aaron Nola today, but that was vs the Yankees. Yes the mighty Yankees hit rhp worse than the Marlins, much worse.

If I jump on Miami you guys can blame me
