Had the padres yesterday and watched the last half of the game, I know the padres left a bunch of men on base but the diamondbacks rallied to win the game even after the padres had come back to tie it. There was a point in the 7th inning after the padres had tied it 2-2 and they still had men on first and second with 2 outs and tatis Jr. came up to bat. During the at-bat it was a 2-2 count and Archie Bradley threw what was quite clearly a strike at the bottom of the zone but it was called a ball by Carapazza, to which bradley sort of just laughed and tatis Jr. should have been thanking his lucky stars lol...Well now it's a full count and bradley drops in a nice breaking ball bottom of the zone again and this time Carapazza gives it to him (which he deserved because they were both clearly strikes). Well tatis Jr. has a fucking temper tantrum about it just hurls his bat into the ground and yelling his entire way back to the dugout, meanwhile Archie Bradley sees this on his walk off the mound and you can see him say something to him...I can only imagine it was along the lines of "I struck you out twice why are you complaining?" or something to that extent, but either way it seemed to have lit a fire under the diamondbacks and they evidently went on to score twice more after that to make it 4-2 and they hung on to win 4-3. Ride the wave, take the Diamondbacks +1 to split the series today as I believe this one is personal for them. EDIT: Not Carapazza lol but oh well forgot he was from the Jays and Rays game not the Dbacks and Padres
National ML @ 1.85
Also watched the Jays game yesterday (I'm from Canada so we don't get much else besides the dodgers late at night on TV) and had over 8 runs so we got lucky with the way that one ended but nonetheless a win is a win. Ken Giles got hurt yesterday during the game so he will not be available for them, and I for one do not trust the jays bullpen at all, in fact giles was really the only one I trusted to be honest... with that being said the Jays played a hard fought game against tampa yesterday, and this will now be the 4th straight game in a row for them and they had to travel to Washington last night. I believe they will be a little fatigued today and the Nats had friday off and a shortened game on thursday last week, so this is only their third game in a row and they have all been in the comfort of their home park. Also, with it being a national league game I believe that will only make this one harder on the jays offense as they are not used to having their pitcher being required to bat. Fade the jays here and take the Nats moneyline.
Braves +1 @ 1.84
The braves blew up for 14 runs yesterday and I'd rather bet with the hot bats than against them...I also think the Rays might have a little hangover from the extra innings win last night vs the jays. Rays bats didn't look all that great against the jays pitching staff and I'd say the braves have a better one so I would be surprised to see any real big sort of offensive output from the rays lineup tonight. Take the braves here +1 in what should most definitely be a tight affair.

Buy low sell high, and this is a great spot for that lol...Wasn't it last week everyone thought the tigers wouldn't win a game all year? I'm pretty sure I remember hearing that from a few people, but with the 2-1 start they had against the reds this weekend they are now well overvalued in my opinion. Not saying the royals are the dodgers or the yankees or anything I know they are a mediocre team at best too, however I like montgomery as he has pitched very well at Comerica park before and I believe he feels comfortable there. Fulmer will only be going three innings max today and I don't like the tigers bullpen to begin with, now add on the fact that they just won their last two games by 1 run, and 2 runs respectively. I believe what bullpen the tigers have may be a little worn out today and the royals bats shouldn't have much trouble putting some runs on the board. Take the Royals +1 @ the tigers today.
Reds ML @ 2.04
Lastly, the Cincinatti reds are coming off a very dissapointing start to their season vs the tigers this past weekend and are sitting at 1-2 currently. In a 60 game season teams know that every game counts all that much more, and now the reds are facing a division foe in the cubs. Being that it is a division game as well it is even more important that Cincinatti wins this game tonight. Nick Castellanos will be playing vs his former team tonight in the cubs as well and I believe his reds teammates will want to pick him up and help win this one for him. The cubs were also one of the worst road teams for bettors last year in the mlb and Jon Lester has regressed over the past few years as he has gotten older. The cubs haven't really hit Miley all that well historically and I'm going to count on Wade to keep them off balance and out of sync today for the reds. Take the Reds to win tonight vs the cubs and even their records up both at 2-2.

Oh and one more thing, I've noticed a lot of you seem to think coronavirus is a hoax, or fake, not real however you want to word it... you just aren't taking it seriously. Just wear a fucking mask inside public spaces for a year until humanity can get it under control, wouldn't you rather be safe than sorry and laying on your hospital bed saying "Oh shit, it wasn't a hoax after all"? lol
That is all.

Universal designated hitter While the American League adopted the DH rule in 1973, pitchers have continued to hit in games played at National League ballparks. That won't be the case in 2020, as both leagues will use the DH to avoid overtaxing pitchers by having them hit.

Seems a good amount of the people that succumb to the virus or suffer from it are literally saying that exact thing.^
