I'm probably going to take the Phillies today. Vicente Padilla is as a road dog but often as a home favorite. Joe Torre should know this and SHOULD HAVE saved Padilla for Game 3 in Philadelphia. Padilla over Cliff Lee would have been my playoff game of the year.

Sooooooo stupid (in my opinion) of the Dodgers to start Padilla at home in Game 2 instead of on the road in Game 3. Obviously the Dodger "brain trust" isn't aware of the fact that Padilla has been an underdog 13 times this season while pitching for the Rangers and the Dodgers and his teams have won 12 of those 13 games. Very different story when he's the favorite.

i dont think torre pays attention to where the money is going? or does he? maybe he wants us fooled to be on phillies so he can prove to the odds makers that padilla is worth the -140. anyhow you made me feel more confident with my pick. good luck im on the under as well. i think pedro pitches a gem for some reason. the only thing that scares me is he has not pitched for a long time? does layoff hurt a pitcher or more short rest? which is better?
