There is no way a Rangers/Blue Jays ALDS rematch will not happen after a) last year's bat flip, and b) this year's bad blood which led to Odor buckling Bautista
It doesn't hurt that the Jays are at home either. Atmosphere will be ludicrous. Stroman will be pitching and he's been rock-solid for two months now (3.13 in August, 3.41 in September) and loves pitching at home in big games. He was supposed to be the face of the staff before this season and is starting to show his true colors of late after a rocky start (due to him pressing).
Rangers/Blue Jays is the key though. There would be no greater drama for playoff baseball
Unrelated, but I firmly believe the Dodgers will win the world series this year.
BOL these playoffs

I'm on board with the Giants upsetting the Cubs as well. Dodgers/Giants NLCS might bring Vin Scully out of the woodwork

valid point. not one to believe in the fix per se but in a sport struggling for viewers this would be a great spot for them. will likely roll with them as well. bol

BJ's got lucky the last games meant nothing to the Red Sox...
Orioles will not go quietly...
How can you say this past weekend series didn't mean anything to Boston?? Now because they lost yesterday they have to play at Cleveland in this short 5 game series!!

Big Papi pulled in the 5th inning Saturday..
David Price 5 innings on Sunday..
If it really mattered those 2 things dont happen...
Orioles 10-5 last 15 on the road.....We will see...

If the games meant nothing they wouldn't have started to begin with. Their whole A lineup was in for the series. Papi got pulled because he was a leadoff runner in a tie game bottom 5. Price got pulled because he fired in 80+ pitches in fast. Boston used about 8 pitchers yesterday, so lets not pretend the BJs were spoon fed a victory.

i think the O's have a good chance to be a sleeper team in the AL they have some postseason experience. they can hit the HR and back up their lead with a good bullpen and fielding.
If they can somehow beat the Rangers and if the Indians beat the Red Sox then the O's have a good shot to make it to the World Series, they own the Indians.
8/1 odds. it was 12/1 when i checked a couple days ago.
Sip on that plus money honey!
