Fri, 06/17 #1: Minnesota Twins -132 Twins get Mauer back for this one and they're playing much better baseball right now than at the start of the season. Duensing is coming off a 56-pitch performance and I expect him to rebound at home against the worst hitting lineup in baseball. Padres' BP is much better than Minnesota's but Twinkies' pen is well rested so that advantage should be reduced somewhat. Padres are 3-10 in Richard's starts this year and I expect him to struggle here as his road ERA is 3.72 higher than at home.
#2: Arizona Diamondbacks -132 White Sox made a mistake trading Hudson for Jackson last year, as they've gotten a worse pitcher in return. I expect Jackson to get hit hard today with his poor 4.5 tERA and 24% LD%, against a top 6 D-Backs lineup. Diamondbacks have a better starting pitching, better hitting, better BP and better fielding in this one. Plus they're playing at home, as the White Sox had to travel yesterday from Minnesota. These are very affordable odds on a much better home-squad.
#3: UNDER 8 KCR/STL -110 Paulino has never faced the Cards before so he'll have an advantage a couple of times through the rotation. Carpenter is coming off a poor outing and I expect him to 'rebound' here against a KC team that is traveling from a long West Coast trip to play this one. Both pitchers have been pretty unlucky so far this year with BABIP's over .320 and GB% at 50%+. I see a low scoring game here in one of the worst hitting ball-parks in the majors.

Would you say MINN 1st 5 would be the better bed if their bullpen is weaker?
Please advise.
Not necessarily. YOu'd be missing out on 4 innings of Minnesota's offense, which is much better with Mauer in there. Their pen is well rested and should be just fine against mediocre SD bats...

Any toughts or leans on the cubs/yankees game? Thanks!
I was leaning yankees at -135 (openner) but it's way too juiced up right now. Can't back Davis though. UNDER 9.5 might be worth a look for a small action wager
