I got burned late with TB as well but I'm going back to them in G2. I had them penciled in anyways and after the YANKS won AND clinched a playoff berth I'm taking a shot at the RAYS & +170. Hopefully BOD is on board as well but he has just a pinch more patience than me lol BOL either way boys

Hey bro missed ya for a few days I hope all is well and glad to have you back.
I noticed you don't even have a lean on the ATL/FLA game but I was loving the FISH today at -120. Here is what I came up with. Please let me know what you think.....be kind
Re-post: I forgot to mention them earlier but I also love the FISH
today at home to a super slumping Derek B-Lowe and the Bravos. Neither
team is playing particularly great ball but since getting some bats back
in the lineup FLA has played better winning 3 of 5 (ATL 2 W's
L5)
FLA is also 3-0 in Javier Vazquez's L3 outings. I had sworn off of him
earlier in the year cuz he was so damn inconsistent but lately he's been
as good as they get. In his last start he had a complete game 5 hit
shutout. The game before a 6 inning 3 hits shutout. Before that a 7
inning 6 hit 1 run outing and before that he went 7 innings allowing 3
hits and 3 runs but none were earned. Going back even further all the
way through his L10 the 6 previous outings were also ALL quality starts
(Actually all of his L10 starts are quality
outings) going 7 innings in 4 games and 6 innings in the other 2. He gave up 3 runs 3
times and 1 run the other 3 times.
Derek
Lowe has basically been the complete opposite at least recently. In his
L3 he has only lasted 13.1 innings,allowed 26 hits,has a whip that
looks more like and era at 2.48 and his era looks Wes Welkers average
yards per catch at 10.12. Oh and yeah you probably already guessed he's
0-3. For comparison Vazquez's L3 he is 3-0 with 22 IP,only 14 hits,a
whip of .73 and a ridiculous era of .41.
Lowe is also coming off his
shortest start in two years and trying to avoid a career high 4th
straight loss. Javy is looking to win his 5th straight. My only real
concern is that Lowe is 1-0 with a 1.42 ERA in two starts against
Florida this season, with both coming in Miami but with his current form
so bad thats not enough to scare me off this one. THOUGHTS ???
Thanx
Yeah I wanted to back Vazquez but at these odds there is no 'value'. The books have adjusted their prices on him. Good luck

you think the yankees are satisfied because they clinched a playoff spot? This is the yankees not the diamondbacks! They want home field advantage, CC wants 20 wins and guys got rested in the first game granted they came in later but I dont see them giving any games away until home field is clinched

Going forward, I don't see myself playing anymore OVERS. Teams are bringing up young players and even playoff squads will be resting starters. Will only look at UNDERS the rest of the way.

Agree 100%.
Was hoping for a TB win in game 1 and was going to back the Bombers in game 2.
Good luck if you play this one.

Phils bats are ice-cold and Howard, Pence, and Chooch are out. The Vanimal has been solid all year. Especially at home and at night. Werth is out for the Nats and Phils are known to have some difficulties with Lefties. Finally, Tim Timmons has been 22-36 O/U the last 2 years. Ohh, and it's cold and rainy here in Philly. Thoughts?

Bo, looking at Phils/Nats U8

Hey SWOOP (great pic BTW) I know you're asking BOS but I read this earlier and it turned me off the WASH ML who I was thinking of playing as nice +175 dogs
"The Phillies could be in line for a breakout performance with Lannan
(9-13, 3.68 ERA) in town. The left-hander is 1-12 with a 5.81 ERA over
16 starts against the Phillies, going 0-5 with a 7.40 ERA in six outings
at Citizens Bank Park. Lannan doesn't enter this matchup with much
momentum after compiling a 7.56 ERA over his last two starts. He is 1-6
with a 4.15 ERA in his last seven outings. Lannan won't have to worry
about pitching to Ryan Howard (bursitis), who isn't expected to return
to the lineup until Thursday at the earliest. He will, though, likely be
facing Raul Ibanez and Chase Utley, who are 12 for 25 (.480) and 12 for
32 (.375), respectively, against him -- each going deep
twice
Philadelphia
gives the ball to Vance Worley (11-2, 2.85), who could be taking his
final turn in the rotation. The Phillies are likely to move the
23-year-old right-hander to the bullpen following this start in order to
give him some time to adjust to his new role come October.
The decision to make Worley a reliever surely isn't based on performance
as he continues to have a stellar season. He leads all rookies with at
least 100 innings in ERA and ranks fourth in wins."
Either way BOL just thought I'd share
