Another play for me tonight will be Boston +1/2 1st Qtr.

Gutted out a split last night. .Saved by my Pirate bet from going 0 for 2.  Today going with Arrieta (Cubs) and Wacha (Cards).  Risk 25 to make 30 on the parlay.

Everybody has their own gerbil treadmill that keeps em busy and away from play, occasionally. No apology needed.

In the future...Lets say we jump into action and work as a crew and set this thread up on behalf of the group by a specific time daily ie.maybe up and posted by the time the games of the previous day ends. This could be done by any of the regulars here who spot the thread missing. In such an event another member can simply jump in and set the thread up by cutting and pasting the regular header and title and then we can update the roll call of winner's, pushes and losers later. So we'd run this daily thread like a collective.

Just a thought for the next time the Bubba's $$$$ Thread ?WEEKDAY? - Post Your BEST Play (With Write up)  is missing.

I have a big parlay sitting on the nba game tonight so why hedge but i should. My other parlay on the other thread hits paying me more than i expected even with the cubs being cancelled. $270 payout around there.

With free money, it is time for me to dance.

Mlb the cards are short but the nba, only 1 game, even a shorter card.

Atl beats boston bad on tuesday and it is due to poor shooting plus i thomas got hurt. Series now 3-2 and here is a chance for atl to advance. You think atl will lose on purpose just to do game 7 at their home? Why take the risk? If series were 3-1 then yea i can see that angle.

First off line movement is not fishy.

I thomas will play tonight but his points and contribution will cancel out due to milsap and hortford uping their game tonight. On tuesday with thomas out, mil n hort was of no factor and they still beat them bad. Now if this game we play as if no thomas no milsap no hortford, atl will beat them again.

Atl is something like 14-5 ats their last 19 games after a straight up win.

Did anyone see that euro soccer line for sevilla? One team is +175 the other +180. So even if you bet same amount on both sides and dodge the draw, u make money. I have not seen odds like that in a long time. Too funny but like always, i missed that play.

My two cents for tonight:

If Thomas is unable to be effective Atl should handle business tonight in Boston. The smart play here in my opinion is to watch the first half and see how the Celtics/ Thomas play and possibly play the Hawks 2nd half.

Is anyone else surprised by the line movement in the Az St Louis game tonight? Back in the day this would be an auto play on Az but it just makes no sense to me.

Give me atl Hawks ml -135 think that the Hawks close out the series tonight. They're a fairly hot team in terms of coming into the post season, have two very good bigs in milsap n horford whereas the Celtics dont have much in terms of bigs. The injury to Thomas isn't considered to be serious but I think that he was the only edge that Boston had over the Hawks now I give the Hawks the upper hand in guard play especially with Bradley and Thomas hurt. Just don't see the Celtics being able to prevail in this one. Give me Hawks ml -135 $$$$

Going back to the well here. Bad pick yesterday with Jays/Sox over, it's not often you see the Jays get blanked. Today, chi travels to take on another potent offense. Danks is a gas can, Baltimore should score plenty tonight. Wright is a bullpen arm for the Os making spot starts to help with injuries. Regardless of how well he pitches, he likely won't go deep into this. Abreu won't stay cold forever. Pour on the runs in the friendly confines of Camden!!

@HoopsStar - congrats on having such a nice week, and on the NBA as well.  I am too frustrated to make any more NBA bets for a bit.

Right now my one bet today is on MLB St. Louis.  Line looks suspect to me, line movement looks suspect...yet...I am still drawn in like a moth to a flame.  Time for Wacha to go to work and win us some $$.
