Batting average isn't everything. Look at the other numbers. The bottom line is, Chicago wins big time with Samardzija on the mound. Do you have those stats? You got me there. For some reason, I'm thinking he's been starting longer. In my brain he pitched an extra year, and the Cubs won every game. Thats what you get when you don't check. Now the Cubs are definately going to win.
