For those who took the Cubs, you must feel like an idiot.  Vogelsong is one of the Giants better pitchers right now, and Doug Davis is horrible.  I think you were over-thinking too much.

dam, i know hind sight is 20/20 but i didnt see this thread until now and I would have definitely told you to not bet the cubs straight up today. Im usually in the systems and strategy forum and since I locked in SF last night since it fit the system, I didnt bother reading anything about the SF game but I feel like I could of helped you out here! Sorry bro, I hope your bet comes through since I just played them 1st 5 BIG and medium on cubs +1.5 and sf ml.
Still at this point of the game, I do believe picking a side was either sf or NO play but the over seemed like a sharper bet than anything else since the squares would love to take the under 8.5 with the cubs and sf hitting and vogelsong on the mound...just my 2 cents and once again good luck on your play!

I would advise you NOT to do that...I think your ladder part of the statement will hold true..."Giants Bullpen scares me a little"...
The total for this game should not exceed double digits(i know they already got 9) but at the worst case scenario, I think it will end up at 12 and no more...so unless your book is offering the o/u 2nd half at 3 or less I would not bet the over...3.5 would be ok if your getting plus money but if ur paying more than 10cents juice I would stay away from it...BOL on whatever you decide

wow giants put up 5 more in the top 5 so i guess i was wrong about the final run total but i still like think playing the over for the 2nd half is not the right move and my opinion on the total not going over 3.5(regardless of the line) I still is going to happen.

If you click on the link on my other post it will tell you I will be playing texas and sf again strictly as a chase...

I will be playing the pirates and sa/chi under for the wnba (this is from 44-dimes he has been real stellar this year so far)
