Yeah, when I bet it. Draftkings had Under 224 but Fanduel was still dealing Under 225.5
Who knows where it will be at tipoff.

Of course. If your following my model. It has it at 217
If u can get 224, that's 7pts difference. I use a minimum 5pts, so its still a play.
And who knows by tipoff, it might be 228 or it might be 218. U just never know.

Dang Bama Girl, I fell asleep on that Chase 3 late night win last night. I wanted to celebrate each Win. Every Win gets me closer to my goals with this. What did we win that one by 33pts?
I actually went (7-4) overall so it was a very good night for The Falcon. My NHL Power Totals are hitting a silly (20-11) to start this season. That was unexpected.
U guys be around at the end of the current pending play. We may have another one tonight. If u know where to look, u can see the possible plays that it could be.
But u never know. We may only have the one for The Chase today.

General question
Whats the best way to find out just how good (or not) my Power Totals model is?
Is it the one at a time format that The Chase or the 1000 play Challenge offers.
Or is it the high volume, playing every single play that the model selects.
Which way is best?
For me, I personally love the one at a time format. I feel in control and I don't mind betting big. But this does not mean its the best way.
I have alot of work, time and effort into this model. I have great feelings about its success. It is probably my greatest work.
How best to capitalize on it?
Opinions.

For anyone that is just flat betting these and I'm one of them. I'm getting down on the side on the Top Power Totals in this thread for larger wagers, what I consider large wagers.
Here is how that has done.
22 October (Texas Over 8.5) Winner
23 October (Texas Over 9) Winner
24 October (Carolina Over 6.5) Loser
24 October (GST Under 235) Winner
25 October (NYK Under 225.5) Pending
If someone wants to track this by the play and not the Chase, I'm ok with that. I'll have that record easily available to anyone that wants to know that as well.

@MITM
Yeah, if you got 235 for the GSW game, it was a 25 pt. difference! i got it 233. As far as your power model, I also prefer the one play at a time, mostly because I have my own plays in addition. I'm playing all your totals, however, very small, as of now. As far as how best YOU would capitalize on this, maybe set a threshold..I mean like the game last night, maybe take your models Total Line, and if the book is say.. 10 pts off your total, make that a top play instead of 3 pts off (NBA)? It would maybe lower the volume for you, and you can possibly put more $$ on those? Also, maybe play those in the 1000 play challenge.? I dunno...just throwing the idea around. You're the only one who can really know how well your model is doing by the point differences, and the possible reason why there is such a large difference.

@TDHCentral
I use 5pts in the nba.
Here is the scale.
NHL (0.75) goals
MLB (1.00) runs.
NFL (3.00) pts
CFB (5.00) pts
NBA (5.00) pts
CBB (5.00) pts
That's my scale for plays.
I'm not sure about the outlier plays. Lets look at the nba. I want plays that are between 5 and 9 pts off. When they get 10pts or more off, they don't do as well. Something is off with those lines. The books don't make mistakes that big. Remember the other day with the Marshall game, I had about an 11pt difference and that plsy lost.
I don't like the outliers. I like the plays that are in the sweet spot.
Thanks for the comments

Ahh yes, that's right! (Uggh Marshall) It is true the book doesn't make that large of mistakes. So within your 5-9 pt difference (NBA), do you consider the higher difference your top plays, or those that are more like 5-6 pts off? Or, what other factors do you consider in your top play? You don't have to answer that, if you feel you'd be giving away too much info. I was just curious...

Its just the plays within the zone tend to do better. I have a few things that I do to decide the Top plays. But I'm often wrong on those.
I want to just come out and say that I think just by doing The Power Totals Chase that I'm going to make alot of money. Remember I'm flat betting these for larger amounts on the side. But I hate to ever say that.
I'm just trying to figure this out.
Play all the plays for 1% of bankroll and forget it.
Or
Play the very best plays one st a time for larger amounts. And as I said, The Chase or The Grand Challenge lets u do this.
