Hay Lanny!,

Any chance you could do me a big favor... I'm goin to the Pirate game tonight and I'm down this week, not chasing with a big bet but I'd like to have a wager on it... I know you don't have lineups yet but any chance you could just size up the game for me and give me lean?  I think the Pirates batting order is in good shape right now and Duke is a decent pitcher, the St Louis line looks like a trap to me.  Thanks for any input, if you have the time to cap it out a bit that would be awesome.

yeah my boxer is a fukin lunatic-shes like 3yrs old and still obnoxious but awesome with the kids and kind hearted.I lost my dobbie and shepperd also though thr the yrs.

Lan... sorry to hear about your buddy man.. Same thing happened to my 9yr old dog earlier this year..  In the morning he was fine and that night, we had to put him down.  Still makes me cry on occasion.. Nothing beats the love and companionship of a dog, nothing...

no biggie jeg-ya still got the rest of the games tonight and that also means i got plenty of games left to lose the money on
thats what i did yesterday.i won everything i touched in the day and got the moose all night.i was on the other side of all them extra inning games or any other games that were lost at the end

Spitfire -- Go with the Buccos, man. Lohse is pathetic on the road while Duke is decent at home. I will probably be on them too. Have fun at the game.

itsbadlands -- Ooh, I don't think so. Buchholz really fixed some flawed mechanics at Pawtucket. He fixed his arm angle and his fastball has life again. I think he is going to be phenomenal tonight. Not sure if the Sox will be a play for sure, but I'm leaning that way.

Baltimore has sucked worse lately and the bosox are great at home but 12 "experts"on Boston and over 70% on Boston consensus leads me to automatically go the other way.Im thinking fade fade fade all day on that

Your the man Lanny. Probably won't go too early but one of these games I want to go for BP and get a pic with my boy McLouth, he is sick... he had a big hand in making me into a baseball fan this season, and I'm starting to turn into a Pirate fan.

And I'm loving the Pirates and Over... line is all set to trap StL backers IMO, pirates suck in the first game of a series but thats one of the only major things against them, I think their lineup is good right now, Duke is great home, Lohse is worse on the road than Duke is at home... both teams have good numbers vs the other pitcher, and over hits like crazy for each team when the total is 8 to 8.5 ...

And my lab, black lab, is 15 years old going on 16... I love my Dog but he's basically been waiting to go for years now I feel bad for him, when he isn't eating he seems sort of miserable... the pup might live forever, he's been hit by 4 cars and every time the car took more damage than him... Nugget got out while he was still on top dog.

Hell yeah LANNY!!!! Your the man, I love seeing you on the Buccos... plus, I pretty much take your plays and eliminate a) Big favs  b) Heavy public lines ... then I look at the rest and play a slightly more on your 4 unit plays and I bet double my normal bet any time you are on a fade of the public... that says to me that your stats find the true lean of the game while the more up-front #'s appeal to the public, as they do in this game.  The much more winning Cardinals with a 10-2 pitcher vs the shitty Pirates with a 4-5 pitcher... St Louis = obvious golf mine!

Any total thought?  I really like the over... rarely do they drop below 9 at PNC, and they are 2 good pitchers but St Louis is a team very capable of putting up #s, Pujols kills Duke historically while others also get hits... The pirates hit well vs Lohse and I think their lineup is stellar right now, especially if Bay, LaRoche (yeah I said it... he's starting to come around finally), Nady, and MCLOUTH are in the lineup... lots of run potential.  Pirates also get more power vs RHP.

College night!  $20 for a seat, all you can eat food, and a shirt.  Put me down!
