hey everyone so this is my first post on covers long time follower and first time poster...now that that is out the way let's talk some baseball!
So here we have two teams that have lost their past two games each. We got Roark for the nationals who brings a 3-2 record with a 4.31ERA against the cubbies in 6 starts against them. Then on the other end we have Kyle Hendricks who brings a 2-1 record with a 2.31 ERA in 4 starts against the Nats. This line originally opened at -150 for the cubbies and quickly jumped up to -170 at the time of this post. In five appearances at wriggled field Roark has a 3.38 ERA hmmm not to shabby! Let's keep in mind Hendricks was on the disabled list for the last month and since has made two starts. In those last two starts in 9 and 1/3 innings he's given up a total of just two runs and allowed no walks! I find that to be a very interesting fact usually when a pitcher goes on the disabled list for a significant amount of time(1 month plus in this instance) there's no telling how he will pitch but seems to me like Hendricks is doing just fine! I'm still waiting patiently to see what the starting line up is looking like for either team before I make my decision but the way it's looking now feel like this Washington team may be very short handed indeed but we'll just have to wait and see in the meantime I'm going to hold off on making a decision for this game until I see that lineup! Let's have a good day today ladies and gentlemen let's start off on the right note and just keep making $$$ I look forward to hearing your opinions and making money as a team in the future with u guys good luck everyone and hve a great day!

Like Cubs -166.. the juice looks a little ridiculous but I can see the Nats going into a little lul here.. Cubs at home, better pitcher and better lineup imo. Cubs need the game more too

Agreed very tough indeed to go against this dangerous nats lineup that is capable of putting up runs in bulk so to say...and as far as the Cubs needing this game more I'm not too sure about that imho I'd say that they both need this game equally as bad as the other! Looking at the nats lineup at this point I'd almost say I'm leaning more towards the nationals in this one. Tough game to cap but as of now I'm leaning nationals In this one! I think they steal this first game of the series but still debating will wait a little while longer before I make it a final play or not!

This ones definitely lookin like a tough one at this point. Taking into consideration that the pen for the Cubs was used up pretty bad yesterday plus the nats were off and the Cubs obviously weren't id almost have to go with the nationals at plus money here! There's just too much pointing to the nationals for me to past up and lay -165 juice on the Cubs at this point y again I know it's only juice if the bet loses bla bla bla I get it but I'd rather role the dice and take my chances with the nationals and Roark at this point plus the lineup for this nats team is stacked up...if I do go with the nationals moneyline then I almost most certainly will go with the over in this game which is set at 9.5 runs...I just feel in my gut that if the nats win this game is goin he'll a over just my two cents! So leaning nationals moneyline at +140 and over 9.5 for game!

Bro... 4 posts in and ur already talking nonsense.. "I'd say both need the game as bad as the other!" R u on crack? A team 12 games up and waiting for post season to start, and a team fighting for the division and to get into the playoffs only up 1.5 games... both wild card spots are going to dbacks and rox.. CUBS need the game more. End of story
