Plus the fact Lee had a bad back during the regular season when he was getting shelled.TB had two decent hitting games this series.They get maybe 5-6 hits tonight.I agree, I like Lee in this game.4-2 Texas.

He pitched great against TB in the first game, but lets remember that he was in a few major jams that he worked out of......

Last time he pitched vs TB in the regular season he was hit up for 6 runs in 7 innings.....

The next game he gives up an 8 spot to Bmore, next game was 5 to Minnesota, then 4 to KC.........

On the other hand, Price has been more consistent, combine all this with the fact TB has all the momentum and heading back home for an elimination game my gut says that TB jumps on Lee hard tonight giving up at least 4 runs......

I thought the same thing, more or less, about Andy Pettitte and took the Twins. Carl Pavano delivered the start that I wanted but Pettitte was classic Andy Pettitte and his two poor starts going into the playoffs (which I had focused on) meant nothing.

So, if I go to the craps table and on my first 5 rolls I roll a 4,8,6,5 and 10, then on my 6th roll, the odds are even greater that I will roll a 7?

Can't believe i actually read this whole thread, guess i was bored. Bottom line here and i think everyone agrees neither team is hitting the ball. Confidence is way down and now its the final game. Does that mean both teams all of a sudden decide they know how to hit? Don't for 1 minute think so! Pitchers are ruling this series and there is NO reason to think it'll change.  NO due factor for the over, NO we seen this pitcher before B.s and any other b.s. you can come up with to sway your bet. Bottom line who do you feel is the better pitcher at this point. I'll take Lee and the under. Better pitcher wins it. Basing a bet on hitting in this series is suicidal. 4 to 1 final. GL all.
