Weather says it may clear up around 1 AM local time.

They wouldn't dare wait 2 hours to play a game that is basically a blowout.

i think some bookies settle Over bets if they got to the Line alreaday...so Over 9.5 is a winner, Under 9.5 a looser...dont know about all bookies, but i know they do it like that where i bet...

I believe they will wait till midnight local time.
I've noticed that when there is a prospect of clearing with
the radar they really give it the full possible time and then some.
MLB hates to call games even if just half an inning left!

should be..check your how your bookie handles it...

8½ innings rule
Total and run-line betting - The game must go at least 9 full innings (or 8½ innings if the home team is ahead) for bets to have action. However, in the event of a 'Mercy Rule' being called, all bets will stand on the score at the time. Please note that suspended games do not carry over.

just looked up the rule book....looks like i might luck out...

When betting on baseball totals or run-lines, the game must go 9 innings (8½ if the home team is winning).
