Hey all,
I am a part time sports gambler, but know there is money to be made. I am a full time arbitrage trader on betfair, mostly working in horse racing and some fast moving sports like cricket.
I would like to begin working sports books more, my understanding is MLB is one of the more profitable places to start. I would like to start generating some statistics to work with, I know that doing that you can get some really interesting lines into the market.
My question is who is keeping stats here and can you guide me in the right direction for stat gathering? Which stats in your opinion will give the best initial results for a likely winning or losing bet? This information combined with a decent bankroll (which I have) and a decent bankroll/ betting strategy, I'm confident in making some decent money.
