The prices have really caught up with the Mariners, now you must fork over 20 cents of juice to back the Yankees RL. My style is to take advantage of dogs and decent total prices. This horrible stretch for the Mariners hasn't been good for my style. At least, i haven't been burning cash on the mariners as a dog. Generally speaking, I don't like to use RL's as juice reducers, so i also haven't been taking advantage of those well during this awful stretch as well. My style is what it is, while i do believe it's critical to adapt to a changing environment (which i've done by avoiding the dog), i don't think I'm going to be able to change my entire handicapping in the course of a two week period.
Onto to sunday . . .
1.0 units on Patrick to win at 11.5-1
0.3 units on Kanaas to win at 5.0-1
0.2 units on Meira to win at 38.0-1
there are 11 rookies in this years race, i am a big proponent of the idea that certain drivers tends to have the right stuff to drive a car and win at that this track, and i think my three choices all have the proper skills and teams to succeed at the brickyard.
