I think the only fraud here is the fact that the mods allow this Jake character to continuously enter other ppls threads and make a spectacle of themselves....it appears to me that this clowns posts are only detrimental to the reason we are all on this site and instead of banning this fool they ban ppl like AJ because they broke a stupid rule...makes zero sense to me. GH- Wondering if you factor in umps on your totals plays, and if so, why you were undeterred by the presence of Bill Miller behind the dish in Cincy today. Miller is arguably the best Under ump in MLB, 23-44 O/U the last two years, with a strike % of over 63.5% both years (very high).

I have a quick question, if you would be so kind....
I also liked the Cubs, O's, and Mariners for values as dogs today. However, the line has moved pretty drastically in all three games. With the Cubs game, it has moved a full 20 points since early this morning. My question is this, with a line moving down on the dogs, I assume this represents heavy betting on these dogs and therefore means that a majority of the public is on the same side as you. Now, this may be completely off-base, but I try to stay away from the same side as the public due to the majority's talent for picking the loser of a contest. Is this solid logic or not? I know that the dogs still represent a value (even at the reduced line) and your system is based on betting values, not picking winners, but does it concern you at all to see the public on the same side that you are on?
I am simply trying to learn more about BB handicapping, not questioning your method at all.... just trying to gain a better perspective. If you have the time, I would really be interested in your response.
