Not complaining about the result. TB had no business winning this game the way they played the whole night. But when they did come back to cover, only to allow a run on a bad error, well, that my friend is a bad beat!

It was a bad beat. However, being in ONT I can only assume you were watching VERNON flub that hit in the top of 9 to allow the 7th run to score for Tampa... without THAT error it is a one run lead heading to the bottom of the frame. True, a tie would have helped the TB RL to some potential extent, but this game was fkd up from a variety of angles... it could have gone either way...
